The menu isn’t clear but the waitstaff will tell you everything is shared plates. The food was excellent especially the Orecciette Nero. The he place was not crowded at all. The front looks like any pizza joint but on the other side of the bar are booths and a nicer ambiance.

What an excellent choice we made! Hadn't been here since the crowded week of New Years, and have to say it was obviously quieter (also mid week), but the atmosphere and variety of seating choices and great food make it an excellent choice for a variety of occasions. We ordered the pizza and pea-sar salad, can't recommend enough! Great service too! Cheers!

My wife and I had dinner at Vulcania on a Friday night. We had a reservation and were seated immediately (nice table right by the window). Our server Sam was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a bottle of white wine, the ravioli and the meatball with pasta. Dishes were delicious. Prices are on the high side like many other restaurants in Mammoth Lakes.

The food and music were great. The ordering process was a little confusing. Prices are high. I asked to eat outside and was told they weren't serving outside but then they seated and served another party outside. Mostly satisfied. Food is outstanding 👌

We've been dining here frequently lately, and the food has been consistently delicious every time. Service is wonderful, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely our go to in Mammoth right now!

We LOVE coming up here and make sure this is the restaurant we always come to.... tho i wish on a slow night 4 ppl could use a gondola outside. Loved our waiter Mitchell, ask for him. He's excellent, more important everyone is great....ooh, really really good bartenders!
