Lovely family friendly pub, food is wonderful, very generous portions and friendly, helpful staff.

We sat at the rear of the restaurant, to have a quiet meal for two which worked at first but then a couple of large parties came in and the noise level really went up. The food and service were good, a little pricey (£144 for the two of us). It’s just a pity restaurant do not think about acoustics when designing the layout

Food was nice, if a bit pricey - the children’s portions were very generous!
