Fabulous dinner and very relaxing evening. Great food!!
Not a first for me but first time for my friend and she loved her salad.Everything is so fresh and plated beautifully
food was very good but came almost an hour after we were seated. a large party had overwhelmed the kitchen according to the waitress.
Food was delicious; love the vegan options. It would be great if more of the munch vegan options were carried over to the dinner menu. The harvest salad, crab a d corn wontons, short rib grilled cheese, and beets salad were thoroughly enjoyed by Everyone in my party. Two of us ordered the chicken as our entree, which was tasty; but we both agreed that the chicken was room temperature and could have been warmed longer. Our server, Jack was funny and attentive, but not overly so. We would definitely return.
Delicious food . Grill octopus was outstanding. Despite being pre-warned that they were short staffed, the service was excellent ! Waitress went above and beyond !
Lovely place! Service was outstanding and food was creative, fresh and delicious.
Caleb’s is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. It’s always delicious!
I love Caleb’s and never miss a chance to dine here. They understand the meaning of stellar service. Their food is excellent, they present the perfect menu and they no the meaning of friendly. What more can you want in a neighborhood favorite. I live out of state now, but never miss a chance to dine here when back in the area!! Can’t wait to return.
Very tasty and fresh. Burger night is on Tuesday night and they make seriously delicious burgers. I had a fabulous cheese plate.
We arrived on time and seated right away, reviewed the menu, and quickly decided on the roast chicken and veal chop. After some bread and dipping oil we were served the salad course. The fresh tomatoes and strawberries in the salad were perfect with the crisp lettuce. The entrees arrived and we’re both hot, nicely arranged and delicious. The veal chop was a perfect medium- rare and the chicken moist and tender. We were pleasantly full and skipped dessert. The service through the meal, arrival of water, checking to learn if we needed anything after the entree arrived, cleaning the crumbs from the table top from the delicious bread, all was timely and efficient. Terrific service and fantastic food!
The kitchen has never performed since the chef left a few months ago.
Jack our food server was excellent!
Great meal at reasonable pricing. Service was attentive without being intrusive
Nice variety and Selection on the menu
Our waitress was outstanding! Attentive, but never rushed us! Food was delicious salads for all. Very enjoyable experience.
Excellent experience, waiter was very attentive and professional. Food was excellent.
Our first visit. Caleb's has a limited menu, but it was still hard to choose. The corn gazpacho starter was refreshing and delicious. My filet medallions were well-prepared, and the potato fritter was a nice change of.pace. My doctor says there should have been more vegetables...
Caleb never disappoints. Cowboy pork chop is killer.
Caleb's is an unassuming restaurant located just above the tourist-y Peddler's Village. It is or go to restaurant for high quality farm-to-table, seasonal meals at an affordable price. Bonus that the team at Caleb's is very kind, there is both indoor and outdoor seating and the restaurant is BYOB. Food is exceptional. It is a favorite among locals. A must try
Simply put; a great place to grab a meal. There's something for everybody, here, and it's always very good. It's a BYOB, too, if you're so inclined. There is also outdoor dining available, made necessary by Covid.
Highlights from Saturday night included Corn Gazpacho, Ahi Tuna, and Veal Meatloaf. Caleb's also features an Early Bird $29.00 three course offerings, Wednesday through Sunday. Currently they have been forced to close on Monday and Wednesdays due to staffing shortage. Crazy.
Great food & service!
A great cup of coffee is very important to me at breakfast. Caleb’s doesn’t disappoint. The quality of food is great. Service is polite and prompt. Overall Caleb’s is a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
An excellent lunch with friends. The luncheon choices were very good. I noticed that there were no fish dishes on the menu. The women had frittata and the gents had gazpacho soup and burgers. All excellent.
Always a pleasant experience at this gem of a restaurant. The menu is excellent, with variety to satisfy all preferences, using food prepared using local ingredients. Each meal is expertly prepared, attractively plated and served by their well informed, pleasant staff. For our family it is a frequent location to celebrate birthdays or just pop in before or after some retail therapy at the shops in Peddler's Village.
Love the burger night!!
Menu was excellent…varied selections. Food was delicious. Service was a little slow…understaffed, but that’s not unusual with the COVID situation.
Outside seating is on route 263 with large trucks whizzing by..,quite noisy. Also very hot out…but that was our choice to eat outside because of COVID. Eating inside would definitely have been preferable.
Always a good meal, well executed and tasty. Service is cheerful and professional. We go here for a proper and casual lunch or dinner.
We have had brunch here a few times now. The menu options are plentiful. Our group of 4 all enjoyed our entrees and our server was wonderful from start to finish. I would recommend highly.
Delicious food, great service, love how the menu changes with seasonal items.
Superb food and service. Rather noisy when busy. Suggest limiting clients' BYOB to wine.
We have been to Caleb's at least 3 times. We like the atmosphere and the food is very good, though the menu is limited. We would recommend it to anyone.
Can always count on consistent high quality at Caleb’s. Outstanding food and friendly service even in these still difficult times. This is one of our favorite go-to places. Great value too, especially with the early bird menu. Their weekend brunch is outstanding too.
Wonderful experience at Calebs ! We will be back!
Had a great Saturday morning breakfast, outside. Weather was beautiful, food was delicious (as it always is), our server Maddie was super, and it was just a wonderful way for my wife and I to start our day.
We do diner and breakfast at Caleb very often. The food is always very good. I particularly like the way they change their menu and use local produce that are in season for their menu. Really good place for foodies
Caleb’s outdoor dining area fit the bill for a cozy Friday night dinner for two while we were staying at the Golden Plough Inn. We walked over for our reservation and were seated immediately. The cheese plate had a great selection and my pork chop was so juicy and flavorful; probably the best I’ve ever eaten. They took advantage of having very ripe nectarines in several dishes. Coffee was good enough to want to return for breakfast. We ran into a local celebrity as we were leaving, so even if the food hadn’t been so stellar (which it was), meeting him would’ve made our night memorable.
Great BYOB place for dinner or any occasion. Indoor and outdoor dining available.
The Service was incredible. Food was Delicious. Would highly recommend.
Would have given such a better rating but the service was absolutely horrific. Took 45 minutes to get a salad. And the waiter kept coming over saying that it was coming right out. Over and over agin. Food was OK but nothing to write home about. Inside very boring. Skip it.
Ryan was our server. He knew the menu and was very helpful in choosing our meals. Really nice
Excellent evening at Caleb's- great dinner- we enjoyed the lobster with farro and the salmon - Delicious!
