   We love Caleb's..from breakfast, to brunch, to dinner..the menu choices are wonderful, and there are many options if you are vegetarian, gluten free, meat lover,etc...The wait staff are incredible- accommodating and friendly! One of our favorite places!

   Took forever for waitress to acknowledge us. Took F O R E V E R for the food to come out. They ran out of an ingredient, so my husband had to order something else. My food came out with a different side than in the menu description with no comment. It was supposed to come with homemade chips and pickled green beans. It came with French fries and *literally* 1 and a half green beans. A single green bean and a half of a green bean. I'm not joking. Food was delivered like that is normal? I ordered my burger medium and it was well done. Completely dry. Will never return.

   Delicious! I had the salmon and it was so good! My husband had the pork chop and he couldn’t stop raving about it! My daughter said the duck was delicious. We shared the cheese platter and the harvest salad, great bread rounded out our meal. We were stuffed!

   Big mistake! Ate so much dinner we didn’t have the room for one of the amazing desserts! There were 6 choices, so next time we’ll probably just eat dessert! The food was awe and reasonably priced as well. The beef medallions with blue cheese were cooked to perfection. Two in the party had the chicken, which was two whole legs per dish. The yucca mash was so tasty! Had the crab cheese cake which, despite the name, was sooooo good! It was much like a quiche. The salads were fresh and well-proportioned, not too large but enough to share as well. Plenty of leftovers!

   Yesterday, my friend and I enjoyed a nice, casual lunch at Caleb's American Kitchen. When I was placing my order, I was told that the short rib/brisket melt had been taken off of the menu. I was really looking forward to trying that, but when I opted for the bacon and cheddar burger that is made with short rib and brisket, I was glad I made that choice. It probably is one of, if not the best, burger I've ever had. The fries were very good as well. I left stuffed. My friend enjoyed the vegetarian frittata, and she said it was delicious. It was a huge portion. I can't wait to return.

   The last time we had an excellent meal and service combined was pre-Covid, but last night we had both! The food was delicious and the service from Chris was superb! Highly recommend!

    Breakfast. Best omelette I’ve ever had. Not sure how they fit bacon, Vermont cheddar cheese, spinach, onions and red & green peppers into just 3 eggs and made it all stay together. Had to be almost 2 inches thick. Wasn’t watery they way some are when you get spinach in your omelette. Home fries were perfectly done. Coffee had body. No weak stuff and not red-eye level. Water already on the table. Reasonably priced. Only thing for me, being from out of town, I drove into the “parking lot “on the “back” side of the restaurant. Not knowing there was another parking area on the other side. There was outdoor seating and no place to park when I pulled in. I parked my car off to the side and went in to Caleb’s. After I got inside, I saw the parking lot thru the windows. Took me all of 2 minutes to pull around to the back; (up the street 1000ft, sharp right, and into the lot). Had it been raining outside, it probably would have bothered me a bit more. Maybe they should put a little sign out saying parking around the back of the corner.

    Birthday dinner for my friend. Turned into the parking lot off of 263 across busy traffic and some jerk double parked his Tesla causing a near-miss accident. We were seated and the waitress brought margarita mix and placed our taco and app order. After half hour flagged down our waitress and to get a second drink for my friend. The waitress dropped the drink down and never asked if we wanted more water which we did. Finally, the couple next to us was served their appetizer. The woman looked at us and said “You were here before us. You should have ordered what we ordered”. We did. The place was chaos. I watched as people went up to the hostess stand to ask for things because they couldn’t get attention from their server and as other people got up and stopped their server to ask for a check. After an hour of sitting there waiting and being completely ignored, I flagged down our waitress and told her we no longer wanted our appetizer. She apologized and said they were backed up which was apparent. Shortly thereafter she brought out tacos, and they were awful. Then Caleb showed up at our table and asked “How is everything?” When I said, “Well, we waited…” He cut me off and leaned over me with his long greasy hair and very aggressively said, “That is not what I asked. How was the FOOD. That is what matters -the food.” But that is NOT what he asked. He asked how was “everything”. And of course, that is not what matters. I could have told him that and also that the food was awful, that it was 8 PM at night and my starving friend only ate one taco because they were so bad. But I did what he wanted and said, “It is great”. And then he had the further audacity to say, “See. That is what matters. The food”. Five minutes later he walked out of the restaurant and get into the double-parked Tesla to leave. What a guy! But don’t trust my review. Read @CraigLaBan review.

    Taco Night is a new offering this summer and it's a fun menu with surprises for everyone, carnivores and vegetarians. The menu for dinners really reflects the season and there are always unexpected yet not weird combinations or ingredients, so that makes dining here unique. It is not a copycat experience.

    Brought another couple along with us this time and they were not disappointed. Started off with a nice cheese board for the table and then slid into entrees. Medallions of Beef, salmon, and the Cowboy Pork Chop were enjoyed by the table. I had a separate starter of Tuna Sashimi and two glorious desserts were shared. BYOB. Just another great meal. Know that on Wednesday, since it's a newly established Taco Night offering, there are no additional specials added to the menu.

    The service personnel was fantastic! Caroline was very attentive and personable. She was able to make appropriate recommendations from experience and you could they were honest. The food was delicious. The ambiance was clean and fresh.

    Everything from the salads to the entrees and desserts was excellent. Some favorites at our table were the roasted beet salad, the chorizo and octopus entree and warm berry crumble with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Friendly and attentive service and great food keep us coming back to Caleb’s.

    We sat outside and it was a lovely evening. I had the Half Mojo Chicken and I have to report that it was the most flavorless and tasteless chicken that I've ever had anywhere. I know that's redundant, but I can't stress it enough. And I dine out quite often. I've gotten take-out from Caleb's during the pandemic, and the food was great. Perhaps this was an off night.

    We ate at Caleb’s for lunch yesterday and enjoyed it so much we went back this morning for breakfast. Both days we were seated quickly and our severs were friendly and helpful. The gluten free roll they offer is the best we’ve ever eaten which is what kept us coming back for more. We also loved that there were gluten free options on the menu.

    This is our second time at the restaurant. We are always treated well by the staff and a personal visit by Caleb is always a nice touch. Our food was good, although the salmon I ordered was supposed to be pink, and it was overcooked. The cauliflower steak was interesting but I found it to be way too crunchy. I like the creativity here, but the menu is very limited. We were there on a Saturday night and it was so loud we could hardly hear one another.
