Caffe Molise Ratings and Reviews
The place was cold, and I'm not usually cold. We had the brushetta, which was plentiful but tasted off. Our pasta dishes were okay but not inspired. The green salad had no other veggies other than leaves.
All on all, the place was decorated nice but I think we'll stick with Cannellas.
We just moved to Utah and have been eating out for the past 6 months during the relocation process. This was the best restaurant we have eaten at in Utah! The food was amazing, the service was almost too fast. The people are so nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere. The best part is the food though, absolutely incredible!
first the waitstaff needs to learn how to pronounce the menu items correctly.
The polenta and mushroom appetizer was terrible. I think the polenta was frozen and just heated up upon ordering. Stay far away from this app.
The pasta was undercooked , not al dente, undercooked
We celebrated my birthday with friends on Saturday evening - it was the first time for our friends dining at Caffé Molise and they loved it! Our servers were very attentive the entire evening. As expected the food was delicious. My favorite appetizers are the Polenta con Salsiccia (“sausage”) and the Bruschetta Misto. Try the Arista dish - it’s amazingly wonderful! I also like the Orecchiette Pasta with Salsiccia.
Tiramisu is a perfect dessert as well!
I enjoyed a great meal at Cafe Molise with colleagues. Two of us had the special of stuffed salmon with asparagus and it was delightful. Another had the special of scallops and he found them very good as well. Matthew was an excellent server and the rest of the staff pitched in to round out the excellent service that we experienced. Excellent meal and a good find.
Today In most restaurants they want to rush you out and it is annoying when they bring out the entree's even before you have finished your salad or appetizer. Our waiter, Trevor, was fantastic.!! He made sure that the appetizer, salad, entree and desert were perfectly timed and made our evening truly enjoyable. I would recommend, and have, Caffe' Molise to anyone! By the way, the food was absolutely delicious - again!
Our food and server were great, and the price was exactly in line with what we expected. My only negative comment is that we were seated across from the register where I watched another server (not ours) drop a roll of silverware on the floor, pick it up, quickly look around, and then place it on a table she was setting. However, given the rest of our experience at the restaurant, I'd categorize that as an individual problem, rather than one characterizing this restaurant.
Came upon this place, highly recommended from a colleague. I was NOT disappointed! The food was filling, delicious, and authentic. We went on a Saturday so there was some fabulous live jazz and they were fantastic. Everyone in the place seemed pleased and easy going.
I thought that the food I ordered was super yummy, and I had a great time with my friends. I did feel like the bread was a little rushed, and it should've been served to us before we ordered our food, and more should've been available. One didn't really feel like enough to be full, even with our entree later served to us. I do wish there had also been tablecloths or something to make the restaurant a little nicer.
Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the food didnt come out hot. It was a little warm but I would have liked it hot. Besides the food temperature, it was a little pricey but the food tasted terrific. We were seated immediately and on time, we were greeted by our server quickly, and the staff is very friendly. I will eat here again to give the food temperature another chance.
