The service was incr
made a mast minute reservation for a group of 10 women- Everyone was raving about the food! Highly recommend.
The food was exceptional! Service was great. We asked our server for wine recommendations. Each got a different wine, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our glasses. Each dish has a disrinct flavour. Highly recommend.
Great food- authentic delicious, friendly and accomodating staff
We had a great shared dinner with excellent salads & pasta. The tiramisu was delicious. Service was friendly & professional. Great neighborhood spot!
was really happy with the whole night, good food, and good wine.
We brought our team here for dinner. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable while still being approachable. Highly recommend!
We will remember our evening at Caffe Fiore for a long time. We were greeted in Italian, at an Italian restaurant, which is always a good sign! Thankfully, the Italian waiter who served us was willing to suffer through our Italian language skills, talk about popular Italian culture, and share some personal stories. All the while, he helped us choose our drinks and meals and everything turned out very, very well. We highly recommend this place. It is a great little neighborhood find.
Absolutely fantastic meal and amazing service. I wish I had captured our server’s name but he is the main guy at the front and also our waiter. I believe he’s Italian himself but I’m not sure. He was so kind and the food and wine list is truly delicious — and at affordable prices. My lasagna was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Makes for a great date spot, birthday, business, anything. Went there on a Friday night and it was busy but not overly. Wonderful all around.
Loved our stop for supper at Caffe Fiore. Great food and ambiance. A large birthday party made it a little noisy that evening but fortunately we were able to get a table as far away from that large party as possible, which helped.
Yummy, cozy and always delivers. Great for a sweet little couple’s dinner or a larger party (we had 6). Warm family- style service. Only thing - don’t expect to pop in for a quick bite. Dinner service has a beautifully relaxed and oh-so-Euro pace. Perfect if you can chill and go with the flow. Stressful if you’re on a tight schedule.
Our favorite neighborhood spot!
It was my wife’s birthday yesterday on November 1. The place was rather empty so we pretty much had it to ourselves. Edoardo is always attentive and kind and the food is delicious. My wife had been craving their panna cotta so we schlepped over from Oakland just to have this desert. Yes there are Italian places over here in the East Bay but Caffe Fiore has a special place in our heart. Thanks Eduardo for a sweet night.
Lovely experience at Caffe Fiore. The food was delicious, the waiter was helpful and friendly, and the overall vibe was perfect. Can't wait to come back.
Delicious food! Ambience needs improvement. Service was good.
Enjoyed a great dinner at Fiore.
Friendly service ang good value.
Awesome quieter spot, food was awesome. Great casual evening. Good place to catch up with friends
Excellent Italian cuisine. A little slow, but worth the wait.
I decided to try this place after reading mostly positive reviews. Those were spot-on! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I just got back from an Italian vacation, so I was interested in finding a restaurant whose food would rival what I ate in Italy. It was very close! My gnocchi was delicious, and I paired it with an Italian wine that also was good. I'd go back the next time I'm in the area.
a friend recommended me the place, It was really good for any time or special ocation
The crustini was very delicious- I had mine with tomato basil garlic and anchovy. My meal, the nepaletano neau was amazing! delicious sauce with tenderly cooked beef and pork. tiramasu was spot on as well. all in all very good! would come again
Any time an Italian restaurant is run by Italians I feel that it is worth trying. I'm glad we tried Caffe Fiore. It was simple, homey, great food and a non pretentious atmosphere.
We loved our meal, great for sharing btw, and the bread was yummy too. My friend didn't care for the carpaccio, but I thought it was fine, just not great. The brussle sprouts were delish.
I would definitely return to Caffe Fiore.
Quiet, serene on Sat. night, food very good, service great, nice people, true Euro feel...
The food and service was superb. We happened to go in early on a Friday evening with a reservation but we didn't really need the reservation. The server (maybe also the owner) took special care to be sure all of our questions were answered and needs were met. Each plate was delicious. We had ample time between courses and were left with plenty of space to chat and socialize. After a mixup with our dessert, our server was gracious in offering another and did not charge us for our error. Overall, this will be my go-to place when I visit San Francisco. Delicious, fresh, wonderful atmosphere and on and on and on....
The owner was also our waiter and was delightful, picking just the right wine for us and giving me the beautiful bottle afterwards. We had 2 different pasta dishes, both excellent, the shrimp skewer and the salmon. Everyone loved their meal. Portions are quite large. Both the tomato appetizers were delicious, one with a huge hunk of burrata. The restaurant was very quiet both nights I have been there, which is unusual in this city. There was no pressure to hurry, which is also unusual. Parking was easy. All in all a great dining experience
Caffe Fiore is a gem in the mission area. Not as crowded as many other places around, great service and tasty, authentic Italian food. I can highly recommend it!
Superb, authentic food and service. I wish I lived nearby so I could visit regularly.
We had a nice experience here except for a bit of a snafu with the check at the end. Came with some friends on Friday night and the restaurant became busy quickly. The food was good, tasted fresh and I was pleased with the menu selection. The pastas are very good. The wine list is okay if you like Italian wine. I skipped it in favor of the Spritz cocktail which was lovely. Our waitress was very patient and accommodating. Our only problem is that we were charged for 10 crostinis but we only ordered 5. We didn't notice until we got home because they don't give you the itemized bill when you sign, we only received it by email later that night. Make sure you check the bill before you hand over your card!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We had a radicchio appetizer, 4 crostini with lovely different toppings ,Neapolitan ragu and salmon pappardelle. All accompanied by a superb red wine for just above $ 90.
we dined on a Tuesday, 5pm and absolutely loved the quaint neighborhood restaurant. We started with the arugula salad, we split. It was fresh with a mild dressing season, it was good. My friend ordered the skirt steak, I ordered the salmon. Portions were plentiful, and absolutely yummy, and balanced with its side dishes. We ate everything, and although full, it didn't stop us fron splitting a cannoli for dessert. Waiter, the owner was very attentive and we would go back when we can.
They did a superb job accommodating a group of 15 for my birthday dinner. Great value food, great wine, lovely ambiance. Service was just fantastic!
Cafe Fiore is a local gem, offering good food, great ambiance affordable prices. Luis and Eduardo are fine hosts and the staff is attentive. I had a wonderful bday brunch and highly recommend this eatery!
How does the Pasta Princess survive as a gluten-free eater? I still go to authentic Italian restaurants, such as Caffe Fiore. Both myself and my cousin have food intolerances, and we were absolutely delighted at the delicious and healthy fare, the willingness to customize the menu for us, the excellent choices for my gluten-eating mate, and overall we had a lovely dinner. Even the espresso was perfect. As someone who lived in Italy for five years, I can spot authenticity, and this is it. Wish I could eat their homemade pasta, but nonetheless, highly recommended!
Pretty great spot for a Valentine's Day date. Took the wife and was worried about whether I was overdressing with even a button up shirt and slacks with a name like cafe, but it was chill, good food, quiet, and we blended with everyone else on a date that night. Would recommend if you're looking for a cozy place with a chill, relaxing, and hassle free setting for Valentine's Day. Admittedly food took a while to come out, but I guess with a place as small as that, just be patient and it'll treat your evening good in return. Heard they have a good brunch so I'll be down to check it out soon
GREAT food - we were truly surprised at how good it was! Don't let the look fool you, this place is a gem! We will absolutely be going back...
The food was great, everything from the burrata to the pappardelle to the warm chocolate cake!
Really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. My clam and linguine pesto was incredible. Only complaint: my wife wanted more eggplant in her dish! It was that good!!
I would say it was a real European experience. I have not been to Italy but it called to mind places I've been to in Spain and Switzerland (Geneva). Our friends said it reminded them of Italy.
Please support this restaurant so it can continue to be in business. Great location too: Corner of 24th and Guerrero, just two blocks from BART.
Great food staff is great but ask for Connie, she's the best
We arrived rather late for our dinner, and the restaurant stayed open and did not make us feel rushed to leave! Excellent service!
Friendly neighborhood cafe with bery good food and attentive staff.
Our lunch at Caffe Fiore was good but very basic and rather expensive for what we had.
