Great corner location in North Beach. Good food. Enjoyed the carpaccio and raviolis. My husband enjoyed the eggs benedict.
Had a really delightful Saturday lunch here. Food was delicious, service was great, wonderful sidewalk seating. Highly recommend
Great dinner! The service was great and the food was delicious! There were 4 adults and 4 kids so we had a large table. I would go
Back again for sure!
We love sitting at the outdoor sidewalk tables. This caffe has great sun there in the mornings and the people-watching is terrific.
We were very disappointed that the online menu was NOT the menu presented at the restaurant. All the dishes/ingredients we were interested in (scallops, steak, pork chop, fish) were not offered. The menu was not very original and all the dishes were ones I could make at home. The risotto was runny (undercooked) and everything else just okay.
That being said, the spinaci salad was great and our server was superb. She was apologetic for the menu and the kitchen which was very slow to get the entrees out. And the restaurant was only about 1/3 full!
I liked my food. My wife’s meal looked good but was cold or cool. (Eggs and sausage)
The pizza was not good. I am not sure what kind of cheese they used. I was very disappointed. My friends enjoyed heir pass dishes.
We've been to DeLucchi several times for brunch -- and we are bonkers for the artichoke hash and the polenta. Highly recommended... although the other breakfast/brunch items are delicious, too!
The food and service were good but not memorable. The ambiance was ok, kind of neat spot on the corner of two streets in the city. My wife really enjoyed the homemade crab raviolis. They were very good.
Delicious as always
Good menu with options for everyone. Pastas were delicious and well prepared, pizzas very good. My linguini Congolese was excellent. Decent wine selection. Very friendly staff.
Wonderful staff, great food, exceptional locale. Craving the rich mushroom ravioli again. I’ll be back!
Fantastic Spaghetti & Meatballs! Fungi Pizza is excellent as well!
Caffe Delucchi is a wonderful restaurant, just don't go on a holiday weekend--our mistake--even with a reservation! Reservation recommended. Our food was delicious, but due to the holiday weekend and increased restaurant traffic, they were out of so many items, it made what to order more difficult/food given was missing expected items and we weren't given the option to substitute, it was just served. Also, we had to shout at the waitress to be heard and our waitress kept leaving while we were still ordering. Great place, yummy food, but better during the week or during non-holiday times.
We chose this restaurant on a whim and it was delicious!! Family of four including 2 teenage boys - we all loved our food!
My wife thought the Pizza was the best she had ever had.
All fresh ingredients and the sauce was not bitter.
We've been coming to Caffe Delucchi several times a year for many years. When we came to San Francisco it was always our go to place for casual fine dining. We enjoy the outside dining watch the world go by experience. When it changed ownership several years ago, the menu gradually changed as did the hard to describe ambiance. We found our last visit somewhat disappointing. Some of our favorite dishes are now missing from the menu. It is still a very fine place to dine, but we may have to start searching for another go to place for special occasions.
Delicious Bellinis and brunch, adorable cafe, beautiful outdoor street dining!
Two of us had lunch. I ordered shrimp pasta which I was anticipating a very tasty dish; but it was quite bland and the shrimp were overcooked. I suppose I could have complained and returned the dish of something else, if they accommodate this type of complaint. But I did not. This pasta dish needed some help. My friend ordered a sandwich which looked good and was more worthwhile than my choice. . Next time if I return, I'd order something else than the pasta.
We walked over from the Marina for our reservation and were met with a sign on the door that explained that due to computer problems they would be closed for the day. Having worked in restaurants I understand things happen; however, I received no phone call or any sort of notification. Furthermore when I went to cancel my reservation on opentable to avoid a 'no-show' ding, I discovered that cancellations were required to be done over the phone, and due to the computer problem, I'd imagine, I wasnt able to do so successfully. Luckily Park Tavern nearby was open so it wasn't a total waste. I've been to DeLucci before and had enjoyed it, but this lack of professionalism is disappointing.
