Caffe Dei Fiori Ristorante opened in November 2014 on the upper east side of Manhattan. It is the result of Owner Mr. Daliso Gulmini who is compelled with great passion for Italian cuisine. Mr. Gulmini from Bologna, Italy decided to take on the challenge to bring to New York fine Italian tradition and to transform such tradition into excellent dishes.
