the place was recommended t me by friend...made reservation on line ....the man on the door was so rude and told me , I was wrong as they do not take reservations?? I had print as confirmation to show so they had to get us in ...with long rude face ...was not impressed....
will not go there again ....pity as food was not bad at all ...the young waitress was nicest person in there ...

There was some confusion when I arrived and they sent me to another restaurant down the road. Anyway once I had returned and met the person I was having lunch with we had a good meal. The service was quick and efficient and the food was simple but tasty. I would be happy to go back again.

I went for cakes to celebrate an anniversary. The cakes were good, although nothing spectacular. Ice creams were good but half melted. Service was poor and we had to wait a long time before anyone attended to us even though it wasn't busy. Staff attitude appeared to be "I can't be asked". The interior was very pretty.

This is new Grand Caffe concerto - same menu as others but with even more selection of main course food and a very smart ambience- there is even a chandelier! Go to other Caffe concertos but now found this one will come here instead for lunch.

A lovely pitstop whilst window shopping. Food was served quickly. Hot and tasty. Service could have been better. The restuarant wasn't busy but the staff seemed harrassed. No smiling and plates just hurriedly placed on table without a care in the world.

I went there on the new year's day with my mom after shopping.
I liked the food. It wasn't salty at all.
We had spaghetti something with baby squid, clam, king prawn and etc. And chicken and asparagus risotto.
I loved the food but it was so noisy.
Very crowded and when I said I made a reservation through open table the manager said they don't accept the open table anymore :(

The croque madame i ordered wasn't tasty, the bread was hard to bite and cheese tasted too strong. I ordered latte but it was delivered not alongside with my mille feuille so it wasn't quite enjoyable. The decorations are really pretty though, i would recommend if you just order their cakes, not any other breakfast, their black forest and mille feuille are must buys!

Been to this caffe concerto before but it is 'Christmas' so they were pretty busy. Just felt the quality of good not as good as other times. My hot sandwich was lukewarm as was the coffee. It has been better and will go again.

Lovely salads! The service was good and the atmosphere is nice, but I am not sure £6 for 1 scoop of ice cream is good value.

Caffe Concerto in Knightsbridge served good food, very reasonably priced for the location. Dear old Spaghetti Bolognese came in for special praise. We ate rather late, but were not hurried through our meal in any way.

A lovely restaurant. Starters and mains were excellent. The caramalised onions bruchetta particularly gud. The pasta dishes had lots of flovour. The tiramassu was disappointing after such gud starters and mains. Overall very good.

What a charming find! We had a delightful pre-show dinner at Caffe Concerto. The 50% TT offer was almost embarrassingly a great deal. Nice wine, good service. Will definitely return.

I had lunch with a friend who I had not seen for a while and we sat in Caffe Concerto for a long time chatting, all afternoon in fact, and we were not bothered by the staff. The food was really good, I had a pasta and my friend had a risotto, just right for lunch. Afterwards we each had a pastry which were absolutely delicious. Nice relaxed atmosphere and very nice afternoon.

I went To Cafe Concerto on Brompton Road for a relaxed dinner with my mum and brother after they had been to the V&A. The restaurant was extremely well placed for Harrods and the museums and had a nice relaxed feel. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and would return if in the area.

Lunch for 6 at Caffe Concerto - service was haphazard at best, almost funny. Food very ordinary and orders mixed up - one dish almost cold. Cheap......

We went to Caffe Concerto for dinner. The restaurant is located just accross the road from Harrods in Knightsbridge. We had a great time. We are both vegetarian and the food was excellent, service was good but the waiters could benifit from being a little more attentive, but in fairness, it was quite busy. I'd definintely come back.

Caffe Concerto is a really relaxed place to enjoy food or a snack. The staff are all friendly and the quality of food is of a high standard and excellent value for money, particulalrly considering its location in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Caffe Concerto food good (apart from stale bread) and nice surroundings, food good value for money but staff very disorganised and long waits between courses - not good when you are going on to a concert. Get the feeling they are new to restaurant rather than patisserie food. Great potential

Caffe Concerto would be good for lunch and a casual dinner. The salad was really good, the mains were just what you'd get at any italian. Its worth going for the 50% off and a glass of wine but otherwise I wouldn't bother again. For a patisserie, the desserts weren't that great.

Caffe Concerto is the place to eat ice cream & watch the world go by. Our visit though was for an evening meal....think Faulty Towers...the service was v.v.slow despite no one else eating dinner - only tourists eating cake & icecream, the descriptions on the menu don't resemble the actual food - penne pesto - is actually spaghett with mushrooms and a cream sauce, clam linguine is spaghetti carbonara + 3 mussels. coffee is good !

This is an old lunch favourite. Good food and good value.with the toptable deal. Was slightly disapointed by the rude waitress who got both the food order and the bill wrong. Will go again and hope for a better experience next time.

Caffe Concerto is very well located for a quick stop while shopping, and with the toptable deal was good value for money however, it was let down by the service, which required prompting when you wanted them and was over-bearing when you didn't. The waitress was very bullish and at one point stood at the end of the table, having already taken away my plare, waiting for my friend to eat the last few mouthfuls from her plate so that is could be removed. Nice food but not on my to be revisited list.

We went to the branch in Knighsbridge. I booked through the 2 for 1 offer and felt marginalised by the waitress so we just had the lunch special. The mains were overcooked. The chicken was burnt but desserts were good. Overall I wouldn't go again unless the other restaurants around the area are full.

When using the 50% off deal, Cafe Concerto is absolutely stunning value. Located just down the road from Harrods, it is ideal for a quick pleasant lunch. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. All in all, this is a lovely little restaurant, well worth a visit.

Caffe Concerto, Knightsbridge. Disappointed with the strawberry cheescake-was a sponge cake with cream and a jelly topping-not a 'typical' cheescake. My friend, however enjoyed his mixed fruit tart very much. Mussels and white sauce was good. Although I had to remind the waiter of the discount when the bill came, Concerto was good value with 50% off, considering it was Knightsbridge area. Would go again to try their other desserts!

Our waiter was fantastic from the off and offered us the 50% deal on the main menu so we were not limited to specific items. Service and waiting times were excellent and the food simply delicious! The final bill was a bargain before the discount so I cannot recommend enough. The house red was also very nice so we did not hesitate to order an additional glass.

We went to Caffe Concerto for an after-concert supper. It felt as though they were waiting to close, there was just one other couple dining, the staff were putting the rubbish out on the street, and the front door was left open until we asked for it to be closed because of the draught. Service was friendly, the food tasted good but portions were not generous. No time for dessert (train to catch). It would probably have been good earlier in the evening, but at 10.00 p.m. it felt uninviting.
