Overall 1food service ambience

Its not worth the money you pay. My family used to come here and complaint how full we are. Now we complaint more on how much we paid for the variety of food we had which is more like a fastfood. Quality has been compromised. As my husband say its only expensive when you dont enjoy the quality of the food that was served. Good for first time dinners only. Ambience is great service is ........

They remodeled the place. The price went up, but the food selections went down. I used to find this place to be special because of the food selections that they have especially the lobster. Now come to think about it, I would just go to Morongo and eat all you can eat lobster for half the price.

It’s not worth the money. We’ve been here before it wasn’t worth it then, it wasn’t worth it now. At least before they have two kinds of lobster they only have 1 last Saturday. And the food selection is not worth the $60 per person.

We went there to celebrate our parents' wedding anniversary on Friday night. It was slow, and I am glad that we got a chance to enjoy both lobster (steam lobster, and lobster thermidor) that night. Overall food was great; however, their galbi that night was too dry and hard. Also, they gave our parents' complimentary for their anniversary. They were very happy. Thank you!

While the service was good - the waitress was very accommodating - the quality of the meal was not good. We went for Fathers Day brunch so knew it would be busy but were surprised that it felt more like a cafeteria with tables squeezed in, kids crawling on the floor, and no ambient music. The bus staff merely wiped the crumbs off the tables and placemats with a rag before seating the next guests - which was especially gross given all the kids. The food was hit or miss. A few things were good and there was a nice selection but lots of the food was mass produced and over-seasoned. For the price ($75/person) it was not worth it.

A super great place for brunch and especially holidays! The quality of the food is outstanding, the ambience is lovely, the choices go on and on forever. Probably ANYTHING you could want is there including caviar except on holidays ( when they RAISE the prices)...I haven't figured that out yet. They have crab leg of all kinds, hot and cold, mussels, all kinds of meats sliced to order including lamb, a udon area, sushi, Chinese food, eggs any way you like em, crepes and two different kinds of ice cream ( a cold stone area and soft serve area) plus lots of chocolate including a chocolate AND vanilla fountain and plenty of fresh fruit and ...my favorite cotton candy!!!! You cannot go wrong! They have live musicians and strolling photographers. Enjoy!!!

Looking forward for a delicious lobster but once I took a bite of it I was disappointed, lobster is really dry and it taste old, and it wasn't like that before when my grandma had a birthday celebration at Cafe Sierra. For that amount of money for a buffet, I could have gone somewhere ...so I give it a 👎

Completely not worth it on holidays. You get nothing more and they jack up the price to $75pp.
Lines are longer which means you don’t get your money’s worth.

My wife wanted to check this place out after a friend recommended it, so I took her there for Mother's Day. To be honest, it was a mixed bag.

Pros: Great, friendly service, from everyone. There was very little delay in getting anything we asked for at the table, always brought with a smile, and this was a holiday, so they were fairly busy. There was even a live singer, who covered standards from Sinatra and other classics - he was the high point; when he finished his set, half the diners applauded for him, myself included. It was a real treat to hear actual music during dinner. The chairs are comfortable, and the temperature was spot-on perfect the whole time, which is a neat trick in a room with a 60'-high ceiling.

Meh: The food was decent, but when you're cooking for hundreds, inevitably things get dried out, over- and under-cooked, and all the best stuff is usually gone by the time you get through the line. Then you have two choices: wait for more, and endure the stares of your fellow diners, or move on and load up on the cheap stuff no one really wants...which is plentiful, and has already been there a while.

Cons: The lines. Everywhere. Imagine Disneyland on a busy weekend, but instead of the promised ride at the end (!), a tired food cart appears instead (...). Yep. I can just feel your eyes glazing over. "How much for the pretzel? $17? Are you kidding me?" They're not kidding. No.

Bottom Line: If waiting in crowded lines for 20+ minutes, for cuisine that most good food trucks can put to shame is your thing, this might be a great place for you. However, would you spend $75/person for the privilege? Yeah...no...didn't think so.

These folks try hard, but just miss. Too bad, really. At that price point, you would think they'd double the output of their kitchen.

After I read all the good reviews I expected an excellent meal. They didn’t have steamed lobster like the website advertised which was one of the main reasons I went. A lot of the food was bland. Mashed potatoes weren’t good. I tried a chocolate cake that was terrible. The best part if the meal was the chocolate covered strawberries. I asked my waiter 2 times about the parking he said I had to pay by the elevator. I paid $17 for parking just for the parking attendant to tell me on the way out I should have paid $6 since I ate at the restaurant. This place is damn rip off. I guess the waiters pick and choose who gets to pay $6 for parking. This was my splurge meal for my vacation and it turned out to be a big waste of money by these scam artist. I was gonna call back and speak to a manager but im sure they don’t care what their employees do as long as they steal more money from people after they pay $60 for some bland food. I do not recommend this place just go to a nice restaurant where you’ll get quality over quantity.

Had to watch an incident unfold. Patron fell and hit her head. Lots of staff standing around. Staff did not seem to ne moving expeditiously to handle the issue. Ruined ambiance. When it was almost time for last call for champagne, the waiter came through and the table requested one more round. He said he was coming back to pour, however, when he returned he said it was too late for more champagne. Manager was called.

Made resv. for Easter Sun. brunch. on 2-12-18. Over priced at $60 per person. Got call in March that it would be $75. Celebrating Daughter's Baptism. No senior discounts. Was stuck back in a room not the dining room. Had to have help with plate being too far away from our table. Not worth the money.

Have been here a number of times and must say that the value for a holiday meal is off! The Price regularly is $58.95 and on a holiday day like Easter, etc they raise it to $75.00 per person and they add nothing extra. As a matter of fact they don’t serve the caviar on holidays like they do on other Sundays. Yes it is a buffet with various crab legs, oysters, prime rib, lamb, salads, desserts, udon and sushi but on a holiday don’t expect good service. If they cleaned the dirty plates from the table and took your silverware, don’t expect them to replace the items. For some reason no waiter looks-up. They all just look in the direction they are going so you cant catch their eye.

A nice touch for dessert is their flavored cotton candy. Also note that they have a cold-stone type of ice cream as well as a soft serve. The soft serve is located by the Asian food on its own little island.

The food quality is good as it should be for the price, but try it for a regular Sunday brunch before you try the Holiday brunch, or you may not return.

The price was so expensive about $65 per person. The food was so so. The line is too long it's not even worth it to Fe the food as it wraps around the dessert, sushi and meats/lobster thermidor. They used to be faster and the thermidor didn't have to be limited to one. They used to just sit there and anyone can grab them and in however much they want. Poor setup, quality, selection and price not consistent.
