Attended for my birthday. Great food and ample portions. We sat outside on the 2nd story patio. Very enjoyable. The only thing is that I had noted it was my birthday on the reservation and the staff did not acknowledge that. It would have been a nice touch to at least get a "happy birthday".

I was so looking forward to this place, but what a disappointment. The hospitality was sorely lacking from the untrained/unprofessional staff. Lowlights include requesting a patio table by reservation 10 days before we dined. Following up that request with a phone call, and being assured we would have the patio table. When we showed up at the appointed time, we were told we would have to wait an hour for a patio table. When I explained the reservation and confirmation by phone, I was told that the patio is 1st come, 1st seated only. When I pointed out that there was an open table for 6 (the number in our party), I was told that it was held by reservation for someone yet to arrive. I decided I didn’t want to point out the inconsistencies and get into an argument with someone who wasn’t too bright. So we sat inside at a huge table that kept us so far apart that we couldn’t hear one another, (the blaring pop music over the sub par sound system didn’t help with that either.) Our waiter was friendly and reasonably competent, but the bussing staff was terrible. They slammed glasses of water down, took plates away while we were still eating off of them, threw away left overs that we intended to take home, refilled glasses that we asked them not to refill, left glasses empty when we asked multiple times to refill them. My twelve year old commented that the way we were treated was irritating at first, but became so bad that it was sort of entertaining to see how much worse it could get. However it wasn’t entertaining when one of the bussing staff was insisting on taking a fork out of my daughter’s hand while she was eating and simultaneously taking away her plate. My (very easy-going)husband had to stand up and tell the gentleman to take his hands off our kid and her food. I’ve been rushed at restaurants before, but I had never seen anything like this. Needless to say it ruined the evening (my birthday) and Santorini missed out on any repeat business.Food is ok, but $$$.

Great place, great food and service. With a lovely Greek music playing in the background. We always come back for several years now. Highly recommend place.

One of our servers was very rushed to clean up all the dishes, even while we were eating!! More than once he came by while we were still eating to take away the dishes which still had food on it ! Also, no more complimentary bread which was disappointing.

Wonderful ambiance and the service staff , servers etc were awesome! My only disappointment was no Paella offered even though there are several photos of Paella on their google maps profile.
