Ein Restaurant/Billardtreff wird immer von Personal präsentiert, hier herrscht erheblicher Nachholebedarf. Dienstleistung ist nicht in den Köpfen des Personals, eher abarbeiten und möglichst wenig Kundenkontakt. Billardtisch Nr. 3 ist top, aber die Bedienung sehr mangelhaft, man musste regelrecht um Bedienung betteln, sorry, das geht so nicht. Gutes Personal ist teuer, doch das ist die Grundlage eines Restaurants, welches sich im Anschluss bewerten lassen will, um Referenzen zu haben. Die Küche passt , da gibt es ein Lob, das Personal ist Note 5, sorry.

Leider sind die Snooker Tische in einem traurigen Zustand. Der Service am Tisch ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf das Essen haben wir über eine Stunde gewartet (Makkaroni und Salat)! Dafür ist das Lokal dann sehr teuer.

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen taugt dafür leider nicht viel. Die Solianka war ein Fleisch/Wurstbrei, der geschmacklich geradeso noch zu verkraften war. Wie man es allerdings hinbekommt Makkaroni mit Jagdwurst und Käse so geschmacksarm zuzubereiten ist mir nur schwer begreiflich. Vielleicht sollte man es beim Billard spielen belassen...dafür ist jede Menge Gelegenheit.

Wir hatten eine private "abschluss" weinachtsfeier gemacht. Es halt alles gepasst, das essen war super, die Bedienung hat problem los funktioniert. Uund selbst für einen doch hohen preis bei essen/trinken, wurden alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir würden auch öfters vorbeikommen

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Preise waren angenehm. Da wir schon früher da waren war es von der Lautstärke sehr angenehm. Cocktails waren gut jedoch nichts besonderes. Wir werden wieder hingehen :)

Absolute Frechheit. Trotz Bestätigung war der Tisch überhaupt nicht reserviert. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage wegen gewisser Vorahnung war ein absolut frecher Mitarbeiter am Apparat. Dieses Lokal sollte man aufs Grund der gemachten Erfahrungen meiden! Wir betreten es jedenfalls nie wieder!
