   Some of the worst pasta I have ever had in my life. The restaurant is ridiculously overpriced with 35 dollar pasta dishes.

   The food at Martorano is unquestionably excellent. The problem, however, is how they treat their customers. The staff there seem to have forgotten that they are there for those who pay for the service, not the other way around. It was my wife’s birthday, and not one person welcomed us to the restaurant or wished her a happy birthday. They rushed us out - dropped the check on us ($550!!!) while we were still eating. We were there early - the others in our party were running 15 minutes behind which we fully disclosed to the restaurant. Our reward? Being treated terribly despite playing by all of their rules. We sat on time and ordered the whole meal before our friends got there. If you are in Fort Lauderdale, there are many great choices for great Italian food. You should avoid Cafe Martorano.

   I love Cafe Martorano every time I go, just this time I wasnt crazy about the special dish that was a ravioli w some ribs, raviolis were with ricotta pretty plain and so were the ribs so my good wasnt the best but non the less everything went great

   Excellent food and service. We had been to Martarano’s in Atlantic City and Las Vegas many times, which are no longer open. Came to this part of Florida to go to Martarano’s. Highly recommend.

    Had a great time the food was awesome ,fabulous service, a little loud but the music sounded great .watching Casino and Scarface while eating added to the fun.Definitely would return on my next vacation recommend to everyone when in Florida you need to check out this hot spot.

    My favorite place in Florida, The Philly Cheesesteak is one of my favorites, but everything on the menu is fantastic!!! The staff is amazing and always get a fantastic meal!!! Steve and Marsha are the best!! Always a great time at Cafe Martorano!!! Can't wait to go back again!!

    First time here , first impression was cool vibes. Host greeted us and gave us an option to sit in two different areas. We chose to sit away from the music. The music was excellent! G was our waiter who explained all the dishes and made his recommendations. The food is excellent and the presentation is on point. Definitely coming back

    Celebrated my wife’s birthday and had the most fantastic time! 9:15pm reservations for 6 people. Food was incredible as always, and the music was fantastic!!! Highly recommend celebrating any special occasion at Cafe Martorano! FYI, don’t miss the Lilly Cakes by Marsha Martorano!!! Best cake I’ve ever eaten!!!!

    The food is decent but not worth the aggravation. The front hostess was very unpleasant. We tried this place three times and every hostess who greeted us was just as unpleasant. The waiters are even worse—very unfriendly. Food was ok. Noise is impossible to handle. If you want to go with someone you don’t need to talk to at all—it’s your place! If that wasn’t bad enough, every time we parked on designated parking spots in the front of the restaurant, we got a parking ticket! Crazy!!

    Owner went above and beyond for us sending out complimentary dishes and a round of 1942 shots on the house. Food was amazing! Front of house was amazing and would give 6 stars if i could. Vibe was on 1000% Make your reservation immediately

    I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The egg plant stack, veal parm, meatballs and salad (a must) calamari - Asian spice, every pasta dish is excellent and the waffle dessert is an absolute must! Splurge w Philly cheese sandwich if you want! I can’t say enough about the food! Best of the best! The service is top notch too! You won’t be disappointed!

    We understand your policy of waiting until all guests have arrived before seating the party. However refusing to seat us until the last person in our party finished paying a parking meter is a bit ridiculous. Our waiter was cordial and attentive but at times was intrusive. Most of the waitstaff including our waiter consistently interrupted our conversation. When you see people speaking to each other “intently”, it’s probably safe to assume they don’t need anything right at that moment. Professional waitstaff should be able to take cues from patrons (looking around, catching their eye, empty glass, empty plate etc) to determine if they need anything without being intrusive. It’s also unprofessional (and rude) to see your party talking, approach the table and immediately begin talking over them.o

    It was our Anniversary - Never at any point did the hostess/waiters/waitstaff mention it to my wife. I was not impacted but she felt left down. Our waiters attended to our every need and request. The food was impeccable. The atmosphere was perfect.
