The Café Loren was opened in 1978 and offers fine dining in an atmosphere of casual seashore elegance. For four decades our menu has kept pace with American culinary trends. Over the years our heavy French influence has given way to American cuisine, a happy hybrid of styles, methods and ingredients from around the globe. Our menu can best be described as "American Coastal Cuisine". American because of our diverse preparations and Coastal because of our emphasis on seafood. But meat lovers have not been forgotten. We offer superbly prepared lamb, veal, beef and pork.

We have dined at Cafe Loren several times in the past 3 yrs, but this particular meal was truly magnificent. 3 different apps, 3 different main courses, and 2 different desserts were all great. Service ( McKenna) was perfect. Its expensive, but well worth it, and really not a bad value , all things considered. The space itself is nothing special, but the rotating artwork is always interesting, and after all its all about the food.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the Branzino and it was one of the best Fish I have ever had. My wife had the Veal Loren and said it was incredible tender and one of the best Veal dish’s she has had. Cafe Loren lived up to our expectations

We enjoyed a delicious dinner. Started and shared the baked oysters and Cafe Loren salad. We both ordered the seafood BLT. Lobster, shrimp, bacon over pasta in a delicious sauce. Sorry no pics! Amy our server is amazing! Very attentive and helpful. Always a wonderful evening at Cafe Loren.
