The food was good but service poor. Waiter didn't tell us about the specials and the waitress told the adjacent tables what the specials were. Waiter brought coffee that was cold and he did not bring a spoon. I used my fork to stir the coffee. Also, he left the check with us without asking if we wanted desert.

Vacationed twice in JH this winter and made CG a must stop each time for breakfast. The corned beef hash is a home run. If you're planning a late breakfast it may be a good idea to make an on line reservation to avoid the wait.

Has been a restaurant I always go to when in JH, but both food and service were way below the previous standards this time

We went as a group of friends for brunch before heading home from a weekend skiing in Jackson and snowmobiling in Yellowstone.

We were seated on time, had great service and everyone's food was delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice Sunday brunch if you're in the downtown Jackson area.

The new chef has brought some interesting additions to the menu. While some favorites are on vacation we expect them to return at some point in the future. As long time locals and patrons we were delighted to see Josh in the house and the new tastes were fantastic.

Went there for Valentines dinner, had reservations for 2 and were sat next to a kid’s birthday party. Wasn’t the atmosphere we were hoping for on Valentines. Had a great wine selection, and food was delicious. Just wish we had a better table for a date night.

Our first time at Genevieve was outstanding. We'll be back. Highlights are the Beet Tartar, the Lamb Shanks, the Charcuterie, and the Duck Confit. Sit at the bar and you'll be happy, too!

DELICIOUS. Mac and cheese is some of the creamiest I've had in my life (and I eat a ton of mac), chicken fried steak was divine. My fave brunch during our stay in Jackson :)

What a great find! I'd heard good things about Cafe Genevieve, but it exceeded any expectations I had. I was able to make an easy reservation on-line about 45 minutes ahead of time, even at 10 on a Saturday morning. We arrived a few minutes early but were seated promptly. The menu was appealing, with creative twists on southern classics. The food came out quite fast despite the restaurant being nearly full. The grits were delicious! Everyone at my table was impressed by the food, and I felt that the prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the touristy location. I very much look forward to eating at Cafe Genevieve again!

Only thing I didn’t like about the restaurant was the huge portion sizes. Chicken was very tender but crust very heavy. When paired with a generous side of Mac and cheese, was just too heavy. I realize many would find this appealing.

This was our 4th visit over the last 2 years and the food was a bit disappointing this time. The starters were good but several of our entrees seemed heavy and excessively rich. The pork loin was over cooked, the frito misto special was dense. It was a very busy night so perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed.

The service was great - a good combination of friendly and professional.
