Food was fresh and delicious. We had a little bit of everything at our table - brussel sprouts, chilean sea bass, chicken stir fry and the short ribs with risotto. Atmosphere was lively and pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!

Food was excellent. Wait staff was great. Drinks were a bit slow on but place was full and looked like only 1 bartender. Would def return.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Our expectations were high as we have dined here before many times. The filet mignon was overcooked and the sides were cold. I felt bad complaining but I also couldn’t eat it. They did bring another plate but by then my husband was done with his meal. Brussel sprouts came with bacon bits which was not mentioned on the menu. Service all around was slow. We left disappointed but we will be back in the future as we’ve had some great times here not to mention meals and drinks.

It was my first time eating at your restaurant. I loved the food! Our server was Scott, very nice and efficient. I thought I would take half my entree home, but ate the whole thing! I had the shrimp pad Thai! Yum! I had the delicious Pineapple cocktail, it was great! I'll be back!

Outstanding service, outstanding drinks, outstanding food, outstanding atmosphere.

The one great thing about the experience was the pork egg roll appetizer and dipping sauce. The restaurant was super loud and it was hard to talk even in a booth on an end. The room temp was terribly cold making the experience less than optimal. The waiter forgot to put our entree order in so with a 730 reservation., we weren’t served the entrees until after 9 PM. The chicken pad thai entree was not worth the wait. The peanut butter dessert was good. I’d choose other downtown options over Cafe Fresco in the future.

The food was good and the service was good. Tables were spaced out. Only issue was a VERY loud group of people that disrupted the entire location with their noise. It was not what I would expect for the prices we paid for the meals. Also, not getting points thru open table for this reservation defeats the purpose of using open table.

The food never disappoints.

Our server, Steve J was personable, attentive & had fabulous suggestions (Hammered Nail, calamari & featured mussel entree!!!).
Our party of 4 had a grand time!

This was my first time at Cafe Fresco. The atmosphere, ambiance, and service were amazing. The food and drinks were incredible. I got the scallops and they were to die for. Great place for dinner on a Saturday night and will definitely be returning!

Was pretty crowded for the day of the week. We didn’t get served very quickly. Took an hour to get our meal from the time we sat down. Like this place mostly

My fiancée and I went for Valentine’s Day, and it was a wonderful experience. The food & drinks were amazing, our server was very nice & available, and she even gave me a rose at the end in recognition of the holiday. Every table that isn’t a bar high top feels really secluded, so there’s a nice level of privacy for most of the tables. It was a really chill and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a date!

Very good food! Extensive and interesting appetizer menu, delicious seafood entrees. Not huge portion sizes, but great quality.

We’ve been to Cafe Fresco three times now and twice we had Jazzmine as our server and she is amazing! She’s attentive and accessible but doesn’t linger or come by too much, if you visit Cafe Fresco I recommend asking to be seated at one of her tables. The food at Cafe Fresco is so good. I love the variety and the range of flavors. Also, the drinks are top notch! I love Cafe Fresco and we recommend it to all of our friends and it’s our go to place for a romantic dinner.

We are fairly regulars at Cafe Fresco, as we feel the food and service is consistently good. I appreciated the spacing during COVID and the policies they enforced to ensure their staff and customers felt safe. We'll continue to dine at this place... keep up the great job!

The food was great; however, the wait for food and the quality of service was disappointing.

Poor service. Took us over 2 hours start to finish. Waiter never checked on us - manager walked around visiting every table but ours. Very pricey for that kind of service. Food was just okay.

It wasn’t great. My cocktail was good and sashimi tuna app was good. Otherwise it was disappointing. Decor is odd. It might have been better before covid. I ordered a strip steak and they gave me a ribeye. Maybe a slightly more expensive cut, but still odd. The steak was cooked probably but not the best meat. The veggies were good. Service was fair but overall it was quite slow.

I have yet to ever have a negative experience at Cafe Fresco. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave everything is always perfect. The service from the staff is always friendly and professional. The food is always fresh, hot, and most important, delicious. We always look forward to our next dining experience.

Loved the restaurant! Was in Harrisburg on business. Food and atmosphere was amazing. The specialty mojito was unbelievable! We sat outside and some dude kept riding by back and forth on a scooter with loud music blaring. Never knew they equip scooters with massive sound systems. It was annoying and kept interrupting me and my business partner from having a good conversation. Harrisburg should do something about this. Otherwise, it was an amazing evening!

The staff was very accommodating with reservations. The waiter was attentive. Cocktails were pretty good. Overall the food was delicious. The Pad Thai was yummy, my boyfriend got the filet lo mein. He looked to enjoy it but personally the meat was a little tasteless when I tried it, and a little overpriced for what it was. Honest review, it was a good vibe and location, food plus service was good. Recommend.

My family and I go to Cafe Fresco often. We love it. But the last couple of times have been noticeably different. I understand there are challenges due to the pandemic. The meals take much longer, even when there are few people in the restaurant, and I noted that my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during our latest visit. Nothing was said or done. Typically, when I clarify that a celebration is happening with my reservation, it is at least acknowledged with a little note.

We love Saturdays in the City and enjoyed dining outside this time at Cafe Fresco! Atmosphere was fun and food was delicious! We find the staff to be very attentive and friendly. Tyler is the best bartender in town! We recommend the sea bass and chicken and broccoli followed by the creme brulee!
