Every chocolate craving I ever had was put to rest!!!!!
Be ready for a sugar rush. So many selections of sweets from donuts to ice cream to crepes to mini cakes to mousses and much more, you will be craving for savory food. Definitely an activity for the couples or families out there.
Love everything about it, would go again and again
We were visiting Boston and my now husband had a family member who couldn't make it to our wedding and wanted to join us for brunch before the wedding. So i made reservations here because of the reviews, the pictures and yada yada.
Ready? MAKE RESERVATIONS AND GO! Eat here and you will love it 10 fold. The desserts. The different stations. The ambiance. The servers. The experience was amazing. This is what brunch buffet is all about. This is the best brunch I have ever had in my life so far. Next time we're back in Boston we're definitely coming back here!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FIRST CLASS SO MUCH VARIETY AND IT LOOKED AND TASTED GREAT. THE SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS, AND THOUGHTFUL.
🍫Decadent Delicious Dessert Delights🍫
Absolutely amazing can’t wait to go back‼️
My husband and myself want to the chocolate buffet as our valentines day a little early. We were excited to go to this had heard lots of great things, sadly when we got there it was not what we thought it would be. I feel there was a lot more vegan/no chocolate items there then chocolate. There were a lot of children there touching everything and almost running you over due to the sugar rush they were on. The wait staff was very kinda and friendly, but sadly for 45 a person this buffet is not worth it.
The turkey blts were overstuffed - too big to eat as a sandwich, so we had to dissect them with a knife and fork. I didn't mind the high price for the food - you're paying for the ambiance, after all - but $7 for iced tea and $7 for a cup of coffee did seem a bit excessive.
What a lovely setting and overwhelming selection of gourmet desserts. Something for everyone but leans toward adults given the richness and adult flavors.
A hotel restaurant with prominent presidential portraits. Food was nice, and the waiters were great. Overall, a nice place
This brunch is an annual indulgence and always a great experience.
Not sure i would recommend not what i was expecting. Less elegant than pics shows. 1/3 of dessert tasted below average. Its something you can try once in you're life... so you can check it out.
I love it there! I took my teenage nieces for their birthdays and they were having a blast! It’s so decadent, and the choices are so varied, there was something for everyone.
Celebrating birthday
Dependable just looks a bit warn out.
We went specifically for the Chocolate Buffet, for a birthday. I'll start by stating that the final bill with tip for 5 adults was $290. That included 1 appetizer on top of the buffet cost.
We looked at this as both a great birthday experience and a once-in-a-lifetime event.
The location is special (The Langham opened in 1922), and the space is beautiful - an oversized atrium with lots of natural light. Plenty of seating with room to move about, and a very nice band playing a variety of music.
The desserts were spectacular. An array of deliciousness; something for everyone. The crepe station took about 30 minutes in line, but it was worth it since we stayed for 2 hrs, grazing.
Kids will absolutely love the donuts, ice cream bar and cotton candy.
We're happy we went, but must state that it is definitely overpriced. Although that may be good to keep it special; not overcrowded.
Loved the chocolate buffet!! Will certainly come back again next year.
I’ve been to Sunday brunch several times and found this experience sub-par. For the exhorbitant price, I did not expect this-side-of-stale baked goods or custard confections!
Kudos for your wonderful clam chowder and pasta bar!
A quality Brunch Buffet with no skimping. It has something for everyone.
Everything was delicious. I appreciated that there was dark chocolate as well as lighter chocolate and plenty on non chocolate options; the potato chips were a welcome salty break! Our waiter was attentive and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The jazz combo was perfect. Such a great birthday treat.
The wait staff and services people were so warm and friendly, that it made you want to come back .. The ambiance of the cafe was also very inviting as well..
Our experience at Cafe Fleuri was great as far as food and ambiance, our waiter could have been better though. He was not very attentive to our table, because he was too wrapped up in conversation with the table behind us, whom I’m assuming are repeat customers. I had to ask for more coffee twice, which if he was paying more attention, he would have automatically refilled.
We three girls indulged ourselves Post holidays at this lovely Chocolate Bar. We highly recommend this experience. The array was amazing and the portions perfect for tasting many of the divine dessert options. We all agreed it was one of those experiences we will treasure. Well done!
Chocolate buffet for my 9 yo son
Service was amazing. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and focused on ensuring we had a good experience.
Phenomenal buffet for brunch
Now that was quite the brunch. We went in on New Years Day, 2019, for the brunch which I'm told is a superset of the normal Sunday brunch. The variety of food items and the quality were outstanding. And I expected them to be at $110/head. I will definitely go back again, it was worth it.
What a treat! The brunch is amazing. Very pricey, coming out to about $360 (with tip) for a family of four, so definitely not something you do often. Great for special occasions, just make sure you're hungry when you arrive so you get your money's worth!
The brunch was excellent!! Best one in town for sure!
The chocolate bar at Cafe Fleuri is always a treat! From the custom crepe station, to the warm, fresh baked cookies, I always love going there and rediscovering my inner child! Service is always outstanding, with many servers and back servers clearing the tables and refilling the complementary coffee. Will be back before Langham closes for renovations!
Very good service and ambiance was good for a Christmas event. Worth the trip to the hotel for the Christmas Day dinner.
Hadn’t been to Cafe Fleuri in a few years. That was a mistake. The Christmas brunch was FANTASTIC and I’ve been to the other major holiday festivals around Boston. There was many options of excellent quality. Shrimp, oysters, omelets , vegetables, turkey, ham and a dessert spread to die for. I had the best crime brûlée that I’ve ever eaten. It was perfect. There was a small music ensemble and Santa Claus.
They are closing for renovation in April and I hope to go a few more times before then. Excellent all around. I highly recommend it.
Food was feature of the experience.
I think that a glass of wine or other cocktail should have been included at that price.
Would have also made the experience more festive.
Service was fair.
Felt like a large cafeteria dining room with nice food.
Disappointing.
Christmas Day buffet... really great food selection and all of a nice quality. Staff in the buffet area were lovely and very helpful, and in the festive mood. Serving staff were at best jaded by the occasion and as we were sat by their station we could hear them moaning for the whole time we were there. I appreciate no one like working at Christmas but the 3 servers in our area were just miserable. It ruined an otherwise lovely meal. Had everything been perfect I’d have had no quibbles about the meal, as it was to pay a large amount and to have the meal let down by the hotel’s own staff just made the whole event a little disappointing.
We tried out the Sunday brunch. Service was attentive and amicable. The outlay of food is astounding: oysters, crab, meat cuts, lobster based preparations incl. lobster Mac & Cheese, clam soup, cheeses, pastries, bagels, chocolate fountain, and so on and so on. In addition to the profusion of choices, food is very well prepared and seasoned. Can’t catch them on anything, really! ,
Lovely atmosphere, creative presentation and so fun for chocolate lovers!
My only complaint is everyone has to get the chocolate buffet and anything else you order from the limited menu is an add on.
Great first time experience. Will definitely be stopping back in when we return to Boston.
Food sounded better on the menu than it looked on the plate. Frankly, this is a place where I would like to have an omelette for breakfast sometimes. Over the years, we had many birthdays and celebrations here. Brunch is arguably one of the best in Boston too. This time we ordered meat that was supposed to be smoked and cooked for hours. It tasted like it was cooked for hours many hours ago and was heated up when it was ordered. Service is consistently great at this place, but cannot possibly compensate for what was going on in that kitchen. Considering that it was business meal with a client that was almost embarrassing. However, if I wanted to end on the positive note, I have to admit that the multigrain bread and the butter were great!
Recruiting lunch with a job candidate at Cafe Fleuri. Very good ambiance and atmosphere. Excellent service. Good lunch fare including tasty and innovative salads. Would recommend as a good business lunch option in the Financial District.
