We sat outside. Like being at a cafe in Paris. Chicken was fantastic. I definitely plan on going back.

Poor food and service. We had a party of 6, 4 of the Mesa came out to the table and another 15!minutes went by and then finally the remaining 2. My mussels were cold and not clean. I would not recommend coming here.

Great food and service. Good prices. The cheese plate is very good as are the soups. The signature cocktails did not interest us, but the wine list was extensive. We were not rushed.

Someone stole my menu order, plated for delivery, from the buffet line. The host was very sweet and offered us a treat while we waited. I'll go back sometime, Le Chat Noir is cheaper though.

Terrific breakfast bar. I highly recomend. If using the Willard parking garage just ask waiter for a voucher for the fee.

We dined outside on a sultry summer night. A great location! The service was outstanding. The food was good, though not remarkable. Still I would go again just for the ambiance and location.

The food was just OK, certainly over-priced for what we ordered. Dinner for two with no alcohol and $120 tab should be much better than we had.

Loved the outdoor seating on a warm sunny day but nice tree-shaded area! Great kale blueberry salad.

Lovely place to eat outside. While it is near many touristy places, it has a sense of calm. You have a choice of eating inside or outside under the umbrellas. Great for people watching of those who are heading into the Willard.
Their mussels are great! Huge serving and come with fries.
Elegant yet reasonable cost. Very good service.

Café Du Parc is a great get-away from the office place for lunch. Low foot traffic, very nice outdoor seating, attentive staff and great menu. Head-and-shoulders above other nearby venues for menu, price and atmosphere.

Very peaceful relaxing spot for outdoor dining. Service and food were great. I've come to this spot for cocktails, but this was my first brunch experience. I would definitely come back again in the future. The cocktail list is really impressive.

While visiting the District, enjoyed a delicious cinnamon French toast with blackberries and raspberries at a Sunday breakfast with a longtime friend and mentor here, who enjoyed his stack of big, plump pancakes. Ambience is pleasant, just like the al fresco cafes in Paris. Would recommend this place.

The service was excellent. The food was not. Terribly over salted veal. Normally a cutlet is served very thin too, these were served in chunks. The risotto was also mush.

Wife's mussels were terribly inconsistent. Some cooked well, others were clearly not cooked at all.

The dessert, an espresso Creme Brûlée, though was amazing.

The atmosphere was charming and in a great location. The food was reasonably good and the portions very generous. However, the service was very slow. I had a seafood dish and asked for a seafood fork. The server did not know if she could find one, but said she would try. She did find one, however, this should have come with the dish when served. My friend ordered an omelette and it was so delayed that they did not charge for it. That was a nice gesture, but should not have been necessary. The menu was also quite limited and somewhat pricy.

We went for my mothers birthday brunch this past Sunday. The food was delicious and our server (I wish I remembered his name) did a wonderful job! He was even discreet in bringing out her birthday cake. She was so surprised!

Food is above average, and service as well, and so have been many times to this outdoor restaurant.
Unfortunately, the restaurant has also become popular with the avian community, and despite the many umbrellas deployed to deal with the problem, it was far from solved, and made the dining experience uncomfortable, and probably unhealthy. I noticed many other guests trying to cope with this issue as well!
I've not had this experience on previous occasions, and hope they can come up with a solution.

This place is one of my favorites. Some of the best latte's in the District and the staff is highly professional and nice. The place has both indoor or outdoor dining, which always fits my mood. Always lovely bathrooms too!

I had no idea how good the restaurant was going to be. I looked up french cafe's in the area and went simply on that. I was blown away - I had an amazing salad. The food was so fresh and the menu was unique. There were combinations I didn't expect but wanted to try. Beautiful setting and right in the heart of the city.
