We sat near an open door, and nearly froze. It took 25 minutes to get someone to turn on the adjacent heater. The food was mediocre; only good thing was they offered 1/2 portions.
Very good food. The French onion soup is great and I had the halibut special which was very good. Friendly staff and a pleasant semi outdoor environment. Good place to eat before attending the McCallum.
Cute place, standard French bistro food, technically well prepared. But if you're a foodie like me you may well leave disappointed. As my husband said, they have good line cooks, but the Chef is not great
Went there with friends and everyone loved their dinner choices. Wide ranging menu, mostly French and Italian. Energetic and fun atmosphere. Service was a bit slow and had trouble finding the waiter for wine refills. The only negative on the food was the crepe suzette. Was not made at the table and seemed to almost to be pre made. Came out covered to excess with a thick orange sauce. They should leave this off the menu.
Food was very good but service was very slow. Waited an hour for food.
Bland food, nothing seems to have been updated since the Regan administration. Waiter was unfamiliar with the menu items, their preparation, and their pronunciation. Side dishes are miniscule. Once it got busy, the time gap in service stops increased disproportionately.
It is always wonderful.
We went there for a Valentine's day dinner. Reservation was handled promptly, good table. Main course meat was slightly overcooked (both meals). Service was good, but seemed rushed, leading to an atmosphere where you felt rushed. It's a nice place and it seems quite popular, but there are better values elsewhere.
Exceptional in every way.
As usual this restaurant was a joy! It is always a pleasure to go there and it is our favorite restaurant in the desert.
This is a favorite restaurant for us ... always a good experience. We have a special table we like, and they always accommodate us.
Sides were cold and one serving of seafood was under-cooked. Husband's New York was really a cut of prime rib -- but it was delicious. Desserts were great.
Food and service was good however they wanted our table for the next serving. We hadn’t finished our dessert and they brought our bill and kept coming by to see if we had paid and time to go. After we eventually left our table when we were finished , service people were there to clean the table before we had gone 10 feet . They tend to jam tables together and not a very private/enjoyable experience.
Very nice neighborhood, authentic Frech bistro setting—Excellent value—-No corkage Monday night worked well for our wine oriented group— the Diablo seafood, and French onion soup, were big hits—-G.
Food is very good and service friendly.
