Quaint restaurant but excellent food - escargots, osso bucco special and the tarte tatin
Delightful, we ate outside the weather was great. The staff were professional. We enjoyed our time there!
Really nice family dinner here. We had Rib Eye, Lamb Chops, Scallops, Escargot, all very nicely done. Excellent service, food properly seasoned has the vibe of a nice family restaurant in a row house storefront type space...all great.
Good food, good service.
The availability of an outside table was important to us.
Open table should give option to book outside table.
Delicious food, great service we had a wonderful night!
Great food for lunch, I had the duck, sweeet potatoes, asparagus . . . really outstanding. My husband had the crouque madame also very tasty. Sorbet and chocolate crepe get a thumbs up. Just loved it!
Cafe de France has passed the test of time! This is very hard to achieve in the restaurant business and they do simply by creating great cuisine, good service and relaxing ambiance! You can actually have a good conversation without raising your voice! Loved it, will visit soon and spread the word to friends!
Cafe de France is our go-to restaurant for authentic French cuisine. Food is delicious, service attentive and the atmosphere cozy.
ALWAYS excellent food, wine, and service!! My favorite restaurant in all of the Orlando area!!
We had reservations and it was an anniversary but the gentleman who seated us (owner?) just was not pleasant
Don’t like to have the courses come out so fast just because you gave them your whole order
I’ve had better experiences in other winter park French restaurants
Great sidewalk French cafe in lovely town.
Owner is rude. Staff the same. I wouldn’t go back
Date night with my wife. Sat outside.
Party of three. Seated on time...and we were on time. Immediate attention and introduction to our server. Pleasant and efficient. Fabulous menu. One guest said he could order "anything on the menu and be happy", Starters were excellent. Three entrees were perfect. Mixed drinks were just right....and wine selections were abundant. We were too full for desserts, which was disappointing because they sounded delicious.
Delicious food and great homey atmosphere, definitely a must try!!! My Husband and I went for a casual date, and we absolutely loved the place, we ordered the steak tartare with quail egg and it was indescribable, soooo much flavor, we also had the escargot (delicious), for our entree I had the duck and he had the catch of the day, which was the black bass with a citrus risotto.....mouthwatering, and finally for dessert classic tarte tatin to end a perfect meal. The Staff was super friendly and very helpful, you feel like you're part of the family. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and try it.
Great server. Fun relaxed atmosphere. Tables well spread apart for covid distancing
Cafe De France is a Great place for your favorite date. Great Food, Great family run French Restaurant. The food is excellent and service is focused
Food , service and price met our expectations
Don’t let the name fool you; this is not a French restaurant. Food was ok, not bad but just ok. The servers were attentive but the owner is annoying. You literally have to beg for bread and when you ask for it, you get a snarky remark that you only get one piece of bread. With some many good restaurants in Orlando, we will go elsewhere next time.
I was a little disappointed that we were not seated outdoors as requested weeks in advance.
We are nervous about dining in during COVID as we are considered at risk.
This is a quaint French restaurant in winter park, Florida near Rollins college. It is family run, private dining experience that makes you feel like you went away. Enjoy!
A really enjoyable dinner. It was a little loud but that was the only drawback. Amazing food, Amazing ambiance, and amazing staff.
Very lovely restaurant! The food was delicious (we had French onion soups, duck, and lamb), service was excellent, and ambiance was classy. Highly recommend cafe de France
We were promptly seated and greeted by our waitress. She explained the menu with us and told us about the evenings specials. We had the escargots, simply delicious. We also had the beef bourginon. Also very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant.
A very nice quaint restaurant. Our server was great .
Very warm, quiet and enjoyable place for Great French dining!!
Service was good - friendly.
Food was delicious - best lamb I’ve ever had in a restaurant
A touch of France on Park Ave. Welcoming and attentive service, beautifully composed dishes and kind servers make this an enjoyable evening out.
One waitress was handling 15 tables both inside and outside. Her only explanation was that they were not expecting this many people. On a Saturday in WP? The food took a long time, but was good. Chicken gallete was recommended but not very tasty. The crepe was very flat and tasted uncooked. The duck was good but tiny. Looked more like a quarter of a quail. This was our first time here but we won't be back. Very expensive for what you get.
Great food, great service!
The food tasted good but it’s kind of expensive for what it is.
We had an enjoyable
Atmosphere was great, service was superb and the food was sublime! What a great way to celebrate the New Year or just indulge in some delicious French cuisine on Park Avenue
Great food. Superb service!
Went for lunch. We each had a sandwich, my wife the croque monsieur and I had the lamb. Both were excellent. In particular, the lamb was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Wine and cocktails were also good. Will go back next time we’re in town. Thanks for a great linch
A comfortable and enjoyable evening. Great Foos and terrific service.
Would go back just for the French onion soup! Everything was delicious and we can’t wait to try more menu items.
Great French bread and butter, we'll prepared and presented food. Nice portion sizes. Good deserts.
Casual pace did not make meal feel rushed.
Le Café De France is a little gem we are so happy to have found!
Great food, clean and safe distanced atmosphere. The understated elegance welcomes you with friendly service and bread that reminds us of Paris. Classic French dishes and great wine list.
My boyfriend and I went here for the first time and we very much enjoyed it. Everything we ate from the onion soup, the salad, and the entrées were fantastic. The service was perfect and the atmosphere was great for our date. I’m so glad we found this place and we will definitely be back again.
