    my friend recommended us to go because they had a good experience. Her and I didn't have a good experience. We both ordered the muscles, her with cream sauce, mine with red sauce. I specifically asked our server if the sauces are house made. Server wasn't impressed with our questions. The muscles were cold and the sauces weren't fresh. The red sauce tasted like canned revolt sauce and the cream sauce had a funky taste. We shared the brochette , also not good. It had a funky taste and were cold. Would not recommend. We ordered the crispy shrimp, served to us half raw therefore cold. Explained our server, she seemed out of sorts with us. I didn't have that welcome feeling from the moment i sat down to leaving. The server was quick to get our bill , which had to be corrected to separate bills for the wine and didn't charge us for the bad food. We weren't offered a desert or coffee just the bills and goodbye. The server reminded us that they have been in business 32 years, I said then everything should be delicious and quality should justify the prices on the menu. Server did apologize , however we left with a lot of bread and butter in our stomach and wine. I truly believe the quality of the food should be checked and be 100 percent safe, cooked and delicious before sending it out to the customer. I will not return to this restaurant.

    Unfortunately, we felt rushed. Received our dinners within 20 minutes of arriving. My dinner, the Chef’s special was luke-warm in some areas and warmer in others Wait staff was attentive. Probably won’t go back for a while.

    Staff are super friendly. Water glasses topped up all night, no rush to order or leave. Food is delicious.

    Our first time going to Cafe Carlo. Loved the atmosphere. Our server was fabulous. Friendly, attentive and answered questions about the food. We will go again.

    My first time there and I will return. Great food at reasonable cost. Very busy night: We waited awhile to be greeted (and seated) despite having a reservation and tables being empty. I found it very loud from customers cumulative conversation despite visible design efforts to manage sound level. Some soft wall hangings might help. Food was creative and delicious. Lamb meatballs and fruit crisp were excellent! Server was polite and attentive.

    Numerous options, delicious food, outstanding service, and the best espresso martini without using US Rumchata! A very lively place, especially for a Wednesday. Sam took very good care of us.
