Food tasted great, staff friendly, one best French food I ever tasted
It’s always hot, crowded, and noisy... but the food is outstanding and staff are very friendly!

I dine at Café Campagne 3 or 4 times a year, mostly for my birthday and special occasions with friends. Of all the delicious items on the menu, the crab quiche remains my favorite. The service is good, but I often feel a sense of trying to rush me out, when I dine solo. That also happened 11/30/19 -- my birthday -- when my coffee, croissant, and quiche were served all at once. (The glass of Moutard was delivered a couple of minutes later.) I could chalk this up to giving the server my order all at once; I'll test that theory next time, when I plan to order in stages. I also didn't like being seated next to the register and refill table. I usually sit in the front room of the restaurant, near a window. Again, my bad for not asking for another seating. I was trying to be as generous of spirit as possible on my birthday, I guess. I just wish fine dining establishments would stop automatically seating single diners at the most undesirable table. Why must we, the single diners, be the ones to voice our displeasure?

I like the ambience and experience at Campagne. We eat here at least once a month. Authentic food, good wine & desserts.
Our waiter was outstanding making good recommendations for food and wine as well as being attentive.
My friend and I enjoyed our delicious lunch and our wonderful waiter. He was the topping on our lovely outing!

Merci beaucoup to Cafe Campagne for maintaining its stylish French bistro atmosphere and menu over all these years. We've come here many times, with many different people, most recently bringing our 17-year-old grandson, who polished off his big bowl of moules and basket of frites and left as satisfied as any of our other previous companions. Next time we would skip the half-off glass of unmemorable wine on the fixed price menu and order something more distinctive, but other than that it was as good as always -- and of course the wintertime cassoulet was just right.

Delicious. Would recommend to friends and happily go back to explore more of the menu. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked, seasoned and dressed.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner with our son who lives in Seattle. My husband and son had the steak frites and I had the delicious duck confit and we rounded off the dinner with a wonderful prune glacé. Lots of other guest ordered and raved about the cassoulet.Excellent bistro dinner in a (as we say in German) gemütlich ambience. This is one of our favorite go to restaurants whenever we are in Seattle!

We went for dinner two nights in a row. The service the second night was much better than the first night. The food was consistently delicious both nights. I will definitely go again.
We had returned to Cafe Campagne after a long hiatus a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed a delicious cassoulet at lunchtime, which they had just added to their winter menu. Flavors, ingredients and consistency were excellent. As good as any we'd tasted in France, we thought. So we decided a couple of weeks later to go back for dinner. What a huge disappointment! Once again we ordered a cassoulet. It came with almost none of the delicious sauce left because of overcooking, and with an overly thick layer of breadcrumbs on top which turned what little moisture was left into a sticky sludge which was almost impossible to swallow. We couldn't eat more than a couple of mouthfuls, and felt that a great dish had been ruined by careless cooking. Cafe Campagne needs to get more consistency in its preparation of food, and should definitely thin out the layer of breadcrumbs it puts on top of its cassoulet. A pity, but we won't. be hurrying back again to this venue, although credit to the front of house staff who were very gracious about our disappointment and took to cassoulet off the bill. but we would have happily paid if the quality had been maintained.
A reliably great bistro, with attentive service, delicious entres, and a comfortable vibe. I'm a long-time customer, and enjoy taking out of town visitors here.

We really enjoy this place. We’ve come here for at least 25 years. We’ve been celebrating our 30th anniversary all year. It seems as though this restaurant has been cutting back in a few things that we’ve grown to love over the years. The calamari seemed like it was frozen, the cassoulet tasted like they are now using canned beans. It may have been an off night, but little changes like this make or break a restaurant. I’m hoping they had an off night. Regardless, we will come back as long as the staff is amazing and the food is great.
We love it here. Great ambience. Had a late lunch on Saturday with out of town guests. Perfect food and perfect location. Service was spot on.
