Top Team managing the floor. Bartender 10-10, mixes and personality TOP! Waiters are 10/10. The harmony the boys bring to the table is one of a kind! Only suggestion to Chef…….Spaghetti with Lobster-Caviar.

Great night great food good value will return, the bar/cafe downstairs was $133 for 4 cocktails I would stay away, not sure if they are related but definately would say the only damper on the night.

Loved exploring the exquisite flavours of rabbit meat. Renowned for its mild, slightly sweet, and earthy taste, rabbit meat is often likened to chicken but with a delightful hint of gameiness that sets it apart. Savour this unique delicacy that promises a memorable dinning experience. Bon appétit!

Dear Café Boulud Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Quoc Phan, a Vietnamese-born Canadian citizen currently living in Mississauga, Ontario. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Café Boulud, located in the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, where I was a former finance intern from August 2018 to November 2018. I visited as a male customer at 7:15 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025. From start to finish, my experience was truly memorable. I was warmly welcomed and served by Dennis S., who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. The bread with butter offered while waiting for my selections set a wonderful tone for the meal. I thoroughly enjoyed the alcohol-free wine, Odd Bird Blanc de Blancs Red France, which paired beautifully with the courses that followed. The Purée de Cèpes appetizer was outstanding — the cream of porcini mushroom soup was rich and comforting, perfectly complemented by the mushroom duxelles, crème fraîche, and pain de mie crouton. For the entrée, the Easter feature, Roasted Lamb Saddle, was beautifully presented and exquisitely prepared. The combination of the spinach and braised lamb stuffed saddle, pomme purée, English peas, Chanterelle mushrooms, and minted lamb jus created an elegant and flavourful dish. To conclude the meal, the Easter feature dessert, Strawberry | Tarragon, was a delightful end to the evening. The vanilla sponge, strawberry namelaka, and tarragon cremeux offered a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness. Enjoying it alongside a regular coffee with cream made for a truly satisfying finish. Thank you to the entire Café Boulud team for crafting such a memorable Easter Sunday experience. I look forward to returning again in the future and will continue to recommend Café Boulud to others seeking exceptional dining in Toronto. Warm regards, Quoc Phan

This wasn’t the best experience we’ve had at Café Boulud, which is usually five star. The prix fixe Easter brunch menu was just okay, with the parfait being basic, tartare lacking in flavour, and eggs meurette also not as good as usual. Oysters were good. Mixed review on the croque madame—enjoyed by my son, but not by me. The bread seemed to be like basic sandwich bread and the bechamel was excessive, but the egg was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed the crêpe and lamb stations. Regarding service, we are always greeted warmly at reception, which we appreciate. At the table, we felt that allergies were not as sensitively handled as usual, seeming like an inconvenience, even though notice was given in advance. We asked for almonds as a substitute for granola in one parfait, and it was brought without any mention of our request. We had to ask the bartender who had someone else come over to explain that they could bring almonds, but there is a risk of cross-contamination, which of course we appreciated. The bartender was great and I thoroughly enjoyed his own creation, which was a perfectly balanced and crafted herbal cocktail! Missed seeing a chocolate dessert on the menu, but the carrot cake was tasty, the others beautiful but too sweet for our tastes. We’ve decided prix fixe menus are not for us anymore.
