This is our favorite restaurant in Chicago. It used to be our weekday go to, but can serve just as easily as a special occasion or date night place as well. The food is always perfect and the service is excellent- our absolute favorite

Fabulous as always! We had a party of 6 and left a tip for the bill. Our waitress was ever so kind to come back and let us know it was already added and she was giving the money back! It reminded us that good people still do exist!

I like that this restaurant has a parking lot. The short ribs ravioli special was delicious! I was not too impressed with he Caesar salad. The presentation was non-existent and the lettuce seemed less than crisp and fresh, and had too much dressing for my taste. The waiter was kind and attentive, however the hostess could have been a bit more welcoming. Overall, a good experience.

Barb and I ate out at Cafè Bionda. We split an appetizer, the grilled zucchini. It was amazing! Next, Barb ate one bowl of soup. The soup was spicy but delicious. I ate the homemade gnocchi Romano without peas. It was creamy! We split Tiramisu for dessert. Barb drank one glass of Pinot Grigio. The wine was delicious and light. I drank one glass of lemon drop martini without sugar, it was delicious and strong.lastly, you need to make a reservation with open table.

It was so great we had to go back for an encore! Start with their steamed clams with fresh jalapenos and thinly sliced garlic in a delicious broth, that you use the wonderful bread to soak up the deliciousness! Then move on to linguini with more clams, meat lasagna or chicken parmesan with an added meatball and you have a fabulous dinner. May I recommend the apple pie ala mode and the warm chocolate lava cake! 😋😋😋😋😋 Life is grand!

Had the chicken with pine nut special and it was delicious. However, started with the friend zucchini which was a bit well done and the soups were bad. The pasta fagioli had chunks of ham and the spinach soup tasted like fish. The desserts were delicious, too. Best was the service! From the waitress to the bus guys, all with a smile and willing to serve.

One of the best Italian meals that I've had in years. The staff we're absolutely fantastic from start-to-finish! We were greeted at the Valet with a smile, the hostess was extremely efficient and nice to us and then our serving staff was absolutely incredible. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Italian meal in Chicago! Thank you very much!

Great evening. Had a round table so the six of us could all talk and hear. Food was fabulous as always. It was comfortable and we didn’t feel rushed. Ashley took great care of our group.
