Cadot Restaurant serves a great blend of French cuisine prepared by Chef Jean-Marie Cadot. Cadot Restaurant has been rated among the Top Romance restaurants in Dallas on ZAGAT.com. We are a favorite place on Google. We are a 2010 recommended business by D Magazine. The Dallas Morning News and The Dallas Observer both gave us good ratings. We also received a good rating from Plano Profile Magazine and on the Pegasus news website.

Private Party Facilities:
3 Private Dining Rooms for 25, 35, & 70. Two rooms can be combined for one private room of 100. Our facility is perfect for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, etc. We have a covered patio with heaters and misters for all weather occasions. The entire restaurant can seat 180 for private events.

When we arrived we greeted and seated by the Chef. Very impressed by that. Our waiter Lui was very professional and took great care of us. The food was impeccable, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. This was our first visit and we definitely will return.
Wonderful experience. We spent 3 hours over drinks, wine, delicious mushroom cheese soup, Bibb lettuce salad, Dover sole and raspberry soufflé. We were not hurried, the ambiance was perfect; French music played by an accordion at our table! The owner/chef Jean-Marie visited our table for an enjoyable discussion about growing up in Paris. His son waited on our table and helped plan the dinner and provided add in’s such as champagne sauce for the sole. A great anniversary celebration.
Noisy restaurant. Make reservations for a birthday and requested a nice table not by the kitchen. My request was not honored and no birthday recognition. Really disappointing. I had been there once previously for a bridemaid's luncheon and it was nice, but this was an overpriced disaster.
Went on a date. Ambiance is top notch. Friendly and charismatic French waiter fit the setting. Food was rich and savory. The onion soup is the best I've had. The scallops were smooth and so flavorful. The creme brulee was very good as well. Little on the pricey side but its worth it. Highly recommend.
The food was amazing. However, our server was also working a large table and he rarely came by to check on us after he took our drink and food order. I think we only saw him 3 times over the course of an hour and a half, and he never asked if we wanted additional drinks until after we were ready to get the check. There was also leftover food on our silverware, the server took it and never replaced it.
My biggest complaint is that I had made a reservation over a week ahead of time and the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, but they sat us next to the kitchen door. When we left there were still empty tables in much better spots. That crappy table should be the very last one used.
Our waiter Ramon was very pleasant and we will ask for him next time in. The accordion player was also great to chat with and watch him play to any song you requested. They use to have a waitress that could sing well but for some reason she is no longer working there. Disappointing.
Best service I have ever had. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, and the chef came to greet us as well. The food is fantastic! Coco au vin is amazing and my favorite dish. I highly recommend for anyone who loves a nice dim lighting and a gentle feel for an evening. My go to French restaurant :)
