Cabo Wabo Cantina Las Vegas
Sammy Hagar’s hard rockin’ dining and live music venue combines the laid-back beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. Blending coastal Mexican and Tex Mex cuisine, the menu offers a tantalizing mix of flavorful food, killer margaritas and an awesome venue where it is never uncommon to catch the Red Rocker himself jamming out with a live set on stage. Cabo Wabo Cantina opens daily at 8 a.m.

Birthday and anniversary.
We traveled from Ohio to see the Def Leppard concert and stayed at Planet Hollywood. We also love to listen to Sammy Hagar and wanted to try something different for dinner. The food and atmosphere were great and it also concluded our trip to Sin City. We would recommend the restaurant and hope to eat there again in the future. Maybe Mr. Hagar would put on of his restaurants around Cincinnati or Cleveland Ohio ? We did see his concert in Huber heights , Ohio at The Rose which was a great show as well.
We had great service and ample portions of both margaritas and food! Great place for big groups.
Love this place!
Metal chairs, sticky table, bar food not really restaurant food. Hard pepper corn in carnitas that could break a tooth. Told not spicy but was very spicy. Unlikely to visit again.
It was my daughters 21st
Portions very small for price. Food was good. Atmosphere typical strip.
Service was great. One of the friendliest and most professional servers I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced, great appetizers.
Good spot for dinner, drinks, atmosphere, and fun. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious and the portions where just right. 5 star service from management, server and server assistant. The scallops and riscotto was cooked perfectly. We also had spaghetti with shrimp and a side of broccolini. Everything was wonderful, we cant wait to go back.
Food and service were great. Order the Cabo Eggs Benedict it's perfect. Music plays the whole time with a great playlists of oldies (at least when I went). Downside is it's elevated but next to an alley so you get some of the (cough cough) Vegas views.
Terrible margaritas. Food was mediocre. Service was great though.
We love this place and always make it a point to come here when in Vegas. But, beware when ordering drinks! A casually-offered large Mai Tai (as opposed to the $15 one listed) turned into a $25 drink! (And we did not see the price for the tall one on the menu.) A pitcher of Mai Tais would have cost less than the two we ordered. Lesson learned. The food is always really great, though!
Fun place to go with friends, we had 4 of us and had a blast. Our waitress Ashley was awesome, lot of fun. Food was your typical Mexican, good but didn’t blow us away for the price. We had some Cabo tequila and it was not good. We drink tequila and this isn’t worth drinking. I would recommend it to start a good night on the strip, just have a different tequila than the Cabo.
Big NO for this restaurant. Food is cheap and so is the quality. They just want to sell expensive liquor. Absolutely not worth
Food was amazing delicious!! Taylor was our server she was outstanding thank you. Recommend nachos 😋
Art was great!
Excellent Food & Huge Food Portions!
Stopped in after Def Leppard show. Chipotle rubbed fajitas were delicious. Service was excellent. Overall great dining experience.
Our server was lovely. Good value for the Groupon
I would only recommend visiting after dark, way too hot when the sun is coming through the windows. Fajitas and margaritas were good. Server was very friendly. Prices are on the high side, even for Vegas.
Over priced with so so service.
The items are two to three times as much as you would pay in a normal sit down Mexican restaurant/bar. The prices are inflated most likely due to the high rent. The food is average with some stand outs such as the Fundio De Queso Con Chorizo and Sammy's Tequila Shrimp. During my experience, my appetizer arrived at the same time as my entree which was disappointing. It is a one time visit for me.
Came for husband 50th Birthday. We also came for Def Leppard concert at Zappos. Wonderful night great food.
Great service and awesome food. Wide selection of drinks
Food was blah, not alot of flavor service was good, loud but still able to hold a conversation.
Great service - celebrating our daughter's 21st bday & our server gave her a free bday shot. Server was very attentive & Food was great
Walked us past an open table for 8 to seat us at a table in the blinding sun. Asked to move to the open table with minor resistance but acceptance. Fantastic server! Delicious food! Very very loud! More expensive than anticipated.
Food and everything was amazing. Only downside is it is very loud.
We enjoyed Cabo Wabo a lot. The only complaint I would have is that the sun beat down on our table and we were sweating the entire meal. It would be nice to have a shade on the window or place tables away from direct, blazing Vegas sunlight. Overall we loved it and will go back!
Good food and service! Would definitely go back! Had burrito with carnitas...tons of meat!
This was our first time to visit Caba Wabo Cantina and we would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Vegas. The food was amazing and the service was good. It's a very laid back atmosphere. Nothing fancy about the place. Our next visit we would like to sit out on the patio....looked like fun.
Top Food, great ambiance and very good services. Highly reconmended!!
The food was terrible and over priced. The service was ok but it was dirty and very loud. Will never eat there again.
Blah, blah, blah........don’t want to write a lot. Good food, great place.
Was sat at the bar and can tell bartender was dealing with too many things at once. Should have been a second bartender behind the bar.
Great margaritas and and good food. Service can be slow at times but the margaritas are worth the stop.
Very noisy but ok..service was lacking, though they were doing their best on a busy day. Unfortunate that the windows face the “5-o’clock” sun and shines in your face when you’re trying to eat. Food was alright.
We are locals in Las Vegas. Pros: on strip outdoor views very cool. Cons: super loud inside and outside. cant even talk people at table. service weak. "franchise fee" is a bs fee. dont pay it, tell mgr to take it off.
Overall been there many times. has gone downhill. ps: do not order dessert, ridiculous too much. meal portions small
The hostess outside was friendly however when we went inside the hostess was rude in general. She just acted like we were a bother to her. Our server was great and food was awesome!
