Cabo Wabo Cantina Las Vegas
Sammy Hagar’s hard rockin’ dining and live music venue combines the laid-back beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. Blending coastal Mexican and Tex Mex cuisine, the menu offers a tantalizing mix of flavorful food, killer margaritas and an awesome venue where it is never uncommon to catch the Red Rocker himself jamming out with a live set on stage. Cabo Wabo Cantina opens daily at 8 a.m.

The Baja fish tacos were VERY good, but I had a better tasting margarita at the casino and it didn’t cost $11!
Expectations were high for this night out to celebrate a 50th birthday. Especially as many of the party are Sammy Hagar fans. The ambience was awful, high ceilings and very boomy sound. There was no rock music playing, again contrary to expectations. The staff all seemed quite disinterested even through the service was ok. Half of the party were disappointed with their food, including lack of flavour and blandness. Not at all what we were hoping for. We would caution anyone visiting unless you have small children.
Restaurant has a good energy. Portions of food were good, but taste could be improved.
We got Groupon and was seated in the patio overlooking the strip. The food is delicious and service is great . We will be back .
We like the Food, the Drinks and the View on the strip. Good Service !!! Looking forward to join the cantina in Cabo San Lucas next year.
drinks were really good--went during happy hour then had dinner--great waitstaff and great food
Our server balanced attentiveness with allowing time to experience the meal and setting.
The queso dip is a great start with chips and salsa. Try the shrimp and dirty rice. Perfectly done on both counts.
First Time at this Establishment, Had a Nice Meal and Good Service, Would go Back again.
Great experience! The service and environment was great! The food was delicious!!
It was an alright experience. It was standard fare, executed okay. Nothing to brag about, but not the worst, either. Value wise, though, it was poor. Our bill was $80 for 2 people (with an adult beverage for each and no appetizer). The quality was not worth the price.
Chicken Tortilla Soup was amazing!!!
Service was poor. Waited at table for over 20 minutes before getting a waitress to see what we wanted to drink. Tables were to small. Food for 4 people couldn’t fit on table. Hardly saw our waitress and bill was overpriced.
Food was excellent, Our waitress was HORRIBLE- slow, spoke too softly, did I mention slow? it was half way through our meal that we finally got drinks ordered. She wouldn't give us each a check- made it one check and only accepted one card. She looked dazed and confused. Chairs were really uncomfortable.
I have mixed reviews about the Cabo. I was so excited going since I'm a big Hagar fan, but was disappointed. Food was so-so, expensive for what you got and no gift shop and little memorabilia. Just expected more.
I had such a great time the waitress was not over bearing and let us have our meal in peace there was always someone to ask us for a refill on our bottomless mimosas and Bellinis, I would definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat while waiting for a flight
Gee we came back here because we had an awesome experience a few years ago but I am sorry to say that this visit the food was not good. Our service was fine and we sat outside but honestly the food was just awful. Nothing seemed fresh, it wasn’t very hot and slightly greasy. I was so disappointed because it was so great the last visit. We did not complain or anything because what could they have done, the food quality was just poor unfortunately.
Kevin is the best waiter!!!
The pork on the fajitas had very little taste. The chicken had even less. I have eaten there before and thought I would try it again. Still had not improved greatly. The salsa however is wonderful that was the best part of the meal.
We sat inside and had a great visit, wonderful food, great cocktails, and a terrific server, Miss Tilly.
I felt the food was substandard. We ordered steak fajitas. The steak was not very good and just way too much garlic! I felt the prices were high for a casual Mexican restaurant. Service was fine. It is in a good location. I would not go back for food. Possibly drinks on the patio.
Food and service was great.
Great spot for lunch, outdoors and to people watch. Food and drinks are good and service was great
Best Mexican food I’ve had for a long time!
Great food, fab margaritas, and good company... wonderful evening!
The food is excellent. The server helped me decide and what to order and they did a great job. It fit well with what I was asking about. The staff is nice and very prompt in service. The environment in the restaurant is lively and in a fun way. The other diners were having a good time and so was I.
This made for a perfect Vegas vibe on an evening out.
The house margarita was perfection. So tasty. I will definitely go back again, even for just a margarita.
Thank you Cabo Wabo. It was a fun time.
We we’re celebrating two birthdays.it was the best experience I’ve had in vegas.food was amazing.we checked in quick with the host.our server was amazing also
Food was good and reasonably priced.
Great food. Fun environment. Waiters seemed pretty busy, maybe too many tables. Prices are moderate for Vegas.
Great atmosphere and great food! Would recommend for Mexican food on the Strip.
Our waitress was very nice and helpful, however, altogether the service was very slow, even though the place was half empty, and we only order a couple of drinks and an appetizer.
We requested a table with a view for Instagram photography, request which was not honored, we were given a table in the back.
The appetizer we ordered was flavorless and bland, which is rather odd for a cebiche dish.
I don’t think we will be returning
Visited at 3pm on Tuesday. Happy hour was just starting. We ordered loaded Nachos and a shredded chicken dish, both were half price due to the happy hour. We also ordered a huge Margarita which was in a glass that was more akin to a bowl than a glass.
We sat outside in the sunshine directly opposite the Bellagio. Half way through our sitting the fountains came on.
The bill came to $32. Considering where we were and what we were eating and drinking this was amazing value for money. The food was delicious and the margarita was strong.
Would definitely recommend and return.
Wait staff was very friendly. Great location. Has indoor and outdoor seating
Loved this place! Excellent food and music. Awesome drinks too.
Great place to people watch if sitting on the patio
Sat out on deck for dinner. Had a good meal and great waiter.
Our waitress Heather went above and beyond not only in making us comfortable but making sure my allergies were taken care of. She made sure there was no cross contamination. She actually cared about my allergies.
Delicious and affordable with a beautiful view. Waiter was very kind and attentive to our needs.
Horriable over priced food. Chicken and shrimp fajitas 25 bucks for 5 thinly sliced pieces of chicken and 4 shrimp. Beans and rice addition of 4 bucks. Crazy. Never again.
As with most quality restaurants on the strip value is subjective, staff were friendly on both occasions, it would have been nice to sit outside on our .
Margaritas are too sweet but food is great
