Our server never asked us how our food was and basically disappeared halfway through the meal. Still good food and had a good time overall but service lacked for the price of admission...
Cabernet is always a great night out. With amazing food, the best service, and great prices for a high-end steakhouse, it's hard to go wrong. They've done an amazing job with cleaning and renovations to prepare for the new world we live in right now. Of course they are known for their steaks but the fried lobster tails, lobster bisque, and the escargot were also worth a mention. And don't forget about the potatoes au gratin and the key lime pie!
Food was good the service was good and everything was fantastic.
Chilian Sea Bass was somewhat dry. Salmon good. Caesar salad very good.
Excellent food quality! Service could have been a bit better though.
Great food. Service was ok. Usually much better, BUT they were so well-adapted for the virus—fewer tables, waiters masked, careful seating, disposable menus. Our favorite restaurant.
Our first time here in the past 6 months. They removed some tables in the main dining room and all waiters wore masks. Food was fantastic as always! We had our favorite filets and potatoes au gratin. Outstanding!
Our first time at Cabernet Restaurant. The waiters were very attentive, the ambience was nice, and the food was amazing. I'm definitely recommending this restaurant to my family and friends.
The food was delicious as usual! The staff was very friendly. So glad we made the choice to come this evening.
Always overlooked this place when searching for steakhouses, and not sure why.
Salads were fresh and plentiful, steaks were cooked perfectly to order, and all sides we tasty, with enough to share.
Ordered the special 27oz rock salt ribeye. Was a generous portion that was large enough to split, and was very tasty. Highly recommend it.
Raynard is amazing. We will be back to hear him sing again.
Out of a few things due to The Covid situation. No bread or Lobster so that was disappointing. Everything g else was on point. .
We have been going here for years and never had a bad meal. The bone in ribeye was excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine which was out of stock and they upgraded us to a much more expensive bottle at no increase in price.
Excellent service and good food. Safe distance from other diners. So happy to be out again!!
It was just great to get back out and have a normal meal. Food and company were great! Service was excellent!
This was once a great steakhouse but the years have not been kind. The exterior and parking lot are a mess and the main dining room is tired. We took the “outdoor” location which is not outdoors and looks like a banquet room. Dark, chairs stacked up in the end of the room and junk on the bar lining one wall. There is more ambience in a Cracker Barrel. My steak was grossly under cooked. For $150 for 2 people (one drink each) I expect more. This is the first negative review I think I have posted in 15 years on Open Table. I hate doing it but the owners need to know.
It is always a wonderful dining experience when we are there.
Saturday night was no exception.
Always fantastic food and service😃
The food was cooked just right. I would give this place a 5 star rating!! The manager Jason when out of his way to make sure everything was just right. Great place to go!
John was our waiter! He suggested the lobster tails for an appetizer and we are glad he did. He connected with each of us. It was our first time there but we’ll definitely be back!
This was our first time dining in since the pandemic. We celebrated my wife's birthday and was our first time at Cabernet. The service and food was impeccable. It will definitely not be our last time.
Brandon provided excellent service and the steak was cooked just right.
Outstanding service and food!!
Glad to see Cabernet slowly coming back to life. Waiters/staff all abiding by distancing recommendations & are happy to have people back dining. Food is excellent
Great time. Everyone even the chef came out to visit with us.
Cabernet is one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. The food is wonderful, the service is excellent, and I am so glad they have re-opened their dining room.
Cabernet has always been a fantastic place to dine, their tables have always been more than 6 ft. from one another so they are way ahead of the curve.
We sat in the bar area and while we are non-smokers, the ventilators kept the cigar smoke down to a comfortable level. We enjoyed the dinner, ambiance and staff, and especially the entertainment, 5-stars for Cabernet!!
Every thing was outstanding!
We celebrated my dad’s birthday. The service was incredible. The food was fantastic. The evening was truly memorable!
Food excellent and staff too. It's a bit pricey, mostly for corporate crowd during the week. There is a cigar bar area, just FYI can smell bad if you're sensitive.
Had an 'ok' dinner at Cabernet. I had a filet, and my partner had the Prime Rib.
We asked to move tables as the first table where we were seated smelled from the wafting cigars in the bars.
Steaks were prepared as requested, but did not seem extremely flavorful. Overall a little disappointed. Nice dinner and ambiance, but for the price I'd expect a bit more.
This is a nice restaurant, but it is VERY noisy. The food was DELICIOUS and service was great.
Kind of an older crowd. It was a little too bright in there (zero issues reading the menu). Everything we ordered was very well prepared and the service was top notch.
Cabernet is one of our "go to" restaurants. Typically, we get excellent service, however a big party managed to take over our waiters attention. Food was very good!
