Outstanding as it is each month when we meet.
Our waiter Frank, always takes very good care of us!
As usual our experience at Ca' Bianca was outstanding. It is one of the nicest Italian restaurants in Santa Rosa. It's pricy, but worth it. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and efficient, never rushing us, which to me is very important. The food was great. I had a wonderful cannelloni, my husband had saltimbocca. Their butternut squash ravioli are incredible. We go there as often as we can afford it.😀
Our daughter was married there on May 5th this year, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and intimate experience. We had 29 people, a dining room to ourselves that opened onto a small and elegant garden where the wedding took place. Both the dinner and the service were exceptional for such a large group.
This lovely old victorian home has been converted into stylish and elegant restaurant without losing any of its original charm.
Marco's wife Karen is the wedding coordinator, and she was extremely helpful in planning the event. I would recommend Ca' Bianca for a wonderful dining experience, and a place to have an elegant event.
Very bland pasta Genoese. Dry over done halibut.
Not worth the price. Ambiance is so so tired and dining room had no windows.
I’ve been here about 5 times or so in the past and every time the food is incredible. I’ve never had something from this restaurant that wasn’t fantastic. It’s a beautiful building and the service is really good. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to have a very nice meal, especially for a special occasion (we were there for a birthday dinner). It’s not cheap but the prices are completely reasonable given the quality of the food.
Best restaurant in the area. Everything was great , food and service.
The service was great the food was great .
Our server was very attentive and took good care of us.
We will definitely be back
Food was fabulous and the prices were not outrageous. Definitely a great place to celebrate or just go for a nice dinner. I highly recommend!
Waiter Joe was excellent. I’ll be bringing my staff in for the holidays.

Wonderful evening. We had a large party, celebrated two birthdays. Service and food were excellent as always. Ca'Bianca is one of my very favorite restaurants!
Excellent as always. My favorite and best restaurant in town.
We sat in a side room so noise was not an issue. We shared an appetizer salad with seafood which was ultra fresh. I had an excellent sea bass dish, nicely presented with assorted vegetables; my husband had regular pasta with carbonara sauce he liked. Finished with an excellent, light tiramisu and a cappacino. No wine as had to drive over 40 miles back home.
Liked the ambiance in an old victorian in a side street close to Petaluma's business district....service was good, efficient, caring, but we never felt rushed. All in all, a most pleasant experience for our wedding anniversary.
Ca Bianca was a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful menu. Unfortunately, our waiter was in POOR form. Twice he took our plates and exclaimed, "Let me take those before you chip your tooth!" I mentioned to my husband they had Creme Bruleé, which my husband had mentioned he'd wanted to order. The waiter again rudely commented to myself, "I thought of putting both desserts in front of you"! We ordered the Bruleé & Tiramisu to share. How unfortunate to have such unsophisticated staff supporting a nice restaurant. Not sure if we'd ever go back......not to mention spending over $100 for two of us. Our special parent "date night" nearly ruined. 😒 Think twice before chancing your funds & fine evening.
I like Ca’ Bianca! Marco and Karen and staff are absolutely the best. The food is always delicious and the service exemplary. I’d love to give 10 stars, but...
I attended Ca Bianca for my fiance's birthday dinner. The feel and look of the restaurant was very nice, we sat on the patio. Our server was nice and knowledgeable about the menu and the menu items, however the food we ordered was okay but nothing to rave about. We also met a couple celebrating 24 years of marriage. We asked our server to simply but their first round of drinks on our tab. Unfortunately, or server loudly asked what we wanted to buy from them and then brought a round of drinks while they were still enjoying the drinks they had. This may be a small detail to some, but it ruined my overall experience. To top it off, we waited 20 minutes to receive our check. I feel like some miscues from the staff and a lack luster dinner made this a 2 star experience.
This restaurant is always very good with warm attentive service and very high quality food. It is so special.
We usually order fish or seafood which has always been good. This time we ordered pasta. The pasta was stuck together which greatly took away from the enjoyment of eating it. I'm sure they reheated the pasta in hot water but they didn't make sure it was separated. Not sure how eager we'll be to return.
The fiance and I came to Ca'Biance to celebrate his birthday. It was our second time visiting and sitting in Vince's section. He took excellent care of us, recommending delicious courses and making sure our glasses were always full. Vince and the staff at Ca'Bianca helped make our night extra special. Highly recommended!
We met for our birthdays, and Ca Bianca once again provided us with a wonderful evening.
The food was amazing, and the quiet environment was perfect for an intimate business meeting
Excellent food and service; beautiful setting; a little pricey but worth it
Perfect place for a birthday celebration great service wonderful food and the staff are very attentive excellent meal as usual!
The restaurant is charming old world. The waiter was great, friendly and helpful. Food was good, portions were adequate, it could use more flavor. Good selection of drinks and deserts. Would definitely return for more.
Excellent atmosphere and great food. The duck ravioli was very different but good. Unique taste. The wine was excellent. The Louis Martini Cab was better than the Roth and a little cheaper, but both good values.
Based on other reviews we had high expectations. However we found the food good but not special. The waiter seemed to want to rush us through dinner, although the restaurant was not full. Cocktails mediocre. We would not return.
Definitely a great place for a special occasion. Everything served was fresh and rich, and portion sizes were appropriate enough so where we didn't feel gorged, nor too hungry. The waiter explained that it's popular to go with an appetizer each, split a pasta, then choose an entree each. The setting itself is elegant but not pretentious, and everyone we talked to were attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Tables are seated with ample space so there is little carryover of the noise, and the climate was nice and cool, which is nice considering the age of the house and that it was one of the hottest days so far this year. It was a perfect dinner all around, with a killer frozen vanilla mousse with a chocolate drizzle for dessert.
The Ca Bianca lived up to its high ratings. We split the Caesar Salad, salmon and avocado starter, the carbonara linguini pasta, and the Osso Buco. The pasta was some of the best we have ever eaten. Haven eaten at the Farmhouse the night before, our meal with wine was less than 1/2 the cost and just as enjoyable. They have an excellent local wine list with some rare finds if you know what you are looking for. Highly recommended.
Service was amazing not only from our server but from any of the wait staff that visited our table. It was great food and service. Would definitely go here again.
Birthday celebration couldn’t have been better! Excellent food, OUTSTANDING service
We celebrated a 75th birthday. We had cocktails in the quaint bar. Then dined on the deck overlooking the lush, blooming gardens. The food is always delicious and the ambiance is relaxing and beautiful.
We had a delicious and lovely dinner!
Staff attentiveness was superb as was the quality of the food. However, the main course comes with no sides and portions are not sized for big appetites (at least the dishes we ordered).
Wonderful first time there. Definitely will be back!
Everything was literally perfect. We love this place so much!
My husband and I had a wonderful evening here at Ca'Bianca! I loved the cozy ambiance inside this historical house overlooking the gardens. On a warm, sunny day, I would love to enjoy a meal outside. The wait staff was very attentive, always ensuring our waters were filled and that we had all we needed. Our server was quite welcoming and helpful in our dinner and wine selections. He was also very accommodating to any dietary alterations.
The yummy bread and olive oil was a great way to start this delicious Italian meal. Followed by a tasty burrata/prosciutto appetizer and caesar salad with a dressing that tasted purely homemade. For dinner, I got the swordfish. I rarely eat swordfish, but am so pleased with my choice. It was cooked to perfection with a nice pesto-like sauce. My husband raved about his duck ravioli as well.
Ca'Bianca is a must try! Next time we are in the area, we will be back for sure.
Love this place. Our son’s wedding was here a few years ago and it was a lovely intimate venue. Dinner and wine selection great and service is impeccable. Highly recommend
Food was fabulous ! Great ambiance!! Loved the garden
Great ambient, the service ia great and food phenomenon. Love this place.
It is simply great classical italian food, excellent service, great wine list including italian wines. Fine dining
Absolutely, it’s my favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa. It feels like being in a beautiful old home with beautiful yard. Owners are always welcoming and service has never been disappointing. Great menu selection, food is delivered hot and always delicious.
Wonderful halibut special, great aperol spritz, interesting wine list, and a great waitstaff make this a 5 star experience.
