Originating from Baotou, Inner Mongolia in the very north of China, an area that features lamb in nearly all of their dishes including their famous hot pot. Our first Happy Lamb restaurant was opened in February 2016 starting in Boston and expanding to different parts of Asia including China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Australia, Canada and Northern USA with over 100 sites to date. Happy Lamb Hot Pot is now finally in Europe with London as their flagship store. We pride ourselves on delivering the ultimate experience with our in-house speciality four soup bases; an original ‘milky’ bone marrow and chicken broth, spicy bone marrow and chicken broth, spicy and sour pickled cabbage and finally a rich tomato broth. All broths require up to 6 hours perfecting. We will be complementing our amazing broths with a selection of the finest and freshest produce.
