Promoted Results Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions incorporate the terms and conditions in your OpenTable Client Agreement and as set forth below.
• You may turn off the Promoted Results Program (“Program”) for a shift by clicking on the “suppress shift” button displayed on the shift page at any time. Reservations made prior to such change must be honored.
• This is a pay-for-performance Program. You agree to pay the price per seated guest set forth in the Order for this Program shift.
• You will not be charged for cancellations or no-shows, provided you designate the reservation as “cancelled” or “no-show” in accordance with the OpenTable Client Agreement.
• OpenTable may, in its sole discretion, modify the prices per cover listed herein and in the Order for this Program shift. OpenTable will use reasonable efforts to provide thirty (30) days’ notice prior to such modification.
• OpenTable, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Program at any time without notice.
• By clicking on the “Start Campaign” button, you represent and warrant that you (i) are of legal age to form a binding contract and have full legal authority to bind client to these terms and conditions; (ii) have read and understand these terms and conditions; and (iii) agree to them on behalf of the client.
