Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

A wonderful dinner at Byblos, a Mediterranean restaurant in Miami Beach area. The food was very good and included a great choice for vegetarians. The ambiance was wonderful and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend this place if you are in Miami and looking for a Mediterranean cuisine. There was a parking deck right around the corner and walking distance from the restaurant making it very easily accessible. We went on a Monday night and they were fairly busy and we didn’t see too many open tables. They have both indoor as well as patio seating. Highly recommend you make reservations.

Went for Miami Spice. Byblos has one of the best Miami Spice deals - a $45 dinner with numerous menu choices but they don’t give you that menu unless you specifically ask for it (or maybe they just didn’t give it to us initially). Also, they changed the menu in September but did not update it on the website. In any case, it was still good. After being seated, no one came by for several minutes to give us water (and then the Spice menu), but after that, service improved. You get 2 appetizers - we had the lamb rib which was very flavorful and had a lot of meat on it, the hummus which is always good, the gem salad which was large and had excellent dressing with greens and chickpeas, and what was called beet salad - tasty but only 1 small beet with a lot of yogurt. For entrees we had shorten and bronzino - both cooked nicely. The desserts were the weakest part - a baklava which was more a crusted sorbet than a pastry and what was labeled a strawberry cheesecake - the strawberries were on the side and it was more of a blintz or pastry than a cake - several small pieces. Overall the food and choices were excellent. After a slow start, the service was fine. However, they were a bit too eager to take away the dishes and clean the table, doing so before the second person was finished with that course. Assuming these issues are resolved, it is an excellent dining experience, especially for Miami Spice.

The food was extremely tasty. The meat was actually a bit disappointing and the drinks even though they were good, it felt like it had no alcohol.

When we are in Miami we always go to Byblos. The food is fabulous the service over the top. Simona was our server and she guided us on our selections and made wonderful suggestions. All the food was delicious but the Octopus , Truffle Pide , and the Baklava Chessecake were show stoppers.
