    So... when my and I say this was one of THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN DINING, IT WAS. The food was amazing, seasoned well and unforgettable. It's one of those places where you want to tell others about, but you always wanna keep a secret. We ordered the special fish (don't recall the name) and the chicken soup. I knew once we tasted the soup, we were in for a treat with the rest. The ambiance was spectacular. There was a crowd of a celebration and that made the room energetic. It wasn't loud to be displeasing; but loud enough to not be boring. We left before the belly dancing, as we had to get back home. Now, the service was timely, courteous and sensitive to our needs. The Manager cam over and shared a lite conversation with us, and then came back and treated us to Baclava (1st for us). We enjoyed the treat and will order the next time there. I am quite sure my wife left a review as well... I just had to come by and leave one myself. WE SHALL BE BACK!

    We were a raucous table of 9! Our 16 year old hostess was mature, extremely friendly with impeccable manners. She was sliding tables and chairs around happily until we had what we wanted. Amber was our amazing server! Wow! What a night it was. Everyone loved everything! Kimberli

    Don’t waste your dollars. We went on a Sunday for brunch. Service was poor and the server rude. Food was terrible-the meats dry and overcooked, vegetables stale and no flavor. I would give it a 0/10.

    Food was not that tasty. I wanted this place to be so good so bad as we are planning a trip to the Middle East soon. Service was top notch. Everything tasted bland. Even the hummus and the falafel were below average. We ordered many dishes assuming that at least the entree might be good but nothing made the cut. Drinks were not too bad, nothing amazing. We have eaten Lebanese food many times from Dubai, Qatar, Washington DC and other places. I’m sad to say that it doesn’t even come close to the real deal. I wanted this place to be good because I live close to it and wanted to return. But I don’t think my family will want to go back.

    The service was good but I think the place needs a better management Plastic cups and file , $ 35 plate doesn’t go well together Cream in a plastic cup for espresso coffee that is a no no If you like to charge and server good food you better put your act together inside the kitchen

    The food was great and the portions sizes were sufficient. We sat on the patio, one drawback was that we were there at sunset and had the sun directly in our eyes which could have been remedied had we asked them to drop the awning a little. Otherwise, was a great experience.

    We had a wonderful meal and a great time at Byblos. The service was excellent. We had the Lebanese platter and got to sample everything - it's a great way to get indoctrinated into their menu. The meats were all super. We'll be back!

    We waited 15 mins to be served and no one ever came. People around us were getting drinks and food. Not even a glass of water. Finally a waitress came over and said I reminded Someone to come over to your table to serve you. We waited 5 mins after she said that and still no one came. We got up and left. The manager/owner came over to us at the end and tried to stop us. He told us to come back and he would take care of us. Though it sounded genuine we were so turned off at that point that we refused. We are from New York. If a restaurant there made you wait 20 mins to get a glass of water they would not be in business long. I hope they fix the service issue at this establishment. Needless to say we will not return to this restaurant.

    Disappointing visit… looked like a casual diner vs. what I remembered. No ambiance, had to ask for silverware. Food delicious Cocktails good…. We had a birthday celebration and they were super to bring a nice treat….. but come to find out we had to pay for it. On top of it, we had a party of six, five adults and a four year old. They put 20% service charge on the bill. As I said, it is not what it used to be.
