I went there in a Sunday night, so the place wasn’t crowded. The staff was excellent and the food amazing, I tried the Lebanese food for the first time and I love it!!!
Food was delicious again. Love the ambiance. Server also great
Always satisfied with my selections and love the level of service! Good is fresh and flavorful.
Great place. Quiet area.
Amazing Lebanese cuisine and nice upscale decor.
Great food and wonderful service!
Lovely interior design, very good Mediterranean food and friendly service. A bit loud, but most popular restaurants are. We'll be returning often.
Our first visit to Byblos, since prior to their remodeling, did not disappoint! The food and drinks were all delicious! I had a fig martini that was a bit too aromatic for my taste; if I made at home I would cut the fig a bit more so it’s a nuance rather than a punch in the nose. It was still interesting and delicious but pungent so I didn’t order more. We shared the Byblos ceviche and hummus - so tasty! The pita served with the apps seemed a bit cheap compared to the quality of the rest of the food. Just floppy and cold. A couple minutes to warm/toast them would’ve made all the difference! My husband ordered the Lamb Shank entree and I had the NYStrip with Peppercorn Cream Sauce and sumac potatoes! Both were perfectly prepared and so so yummy! Service was slower than expected for the moderate capacity of the restaurant. Overall, great job Byblos!
Kim was awesome!! Fantastic food and phenomenal service!!!
The decor and ambiance is only second to the food. We’ve never had a bad meal. Byblos is an exceptional restaurant and I should also note the wine list is great!
Food was very good. It took a minute to get seated. Tasty options were on the menu.
Our server was so sweet - it was just a girls dinner out and we enjoyed the night and the food!
Beautifully redesigned interior, great menu for both meat lovers and veggie lovers (as well as picky eaters),excellent wait staff, food served quickly even on a Friday night. Great cauliflower dish, excellent soup, tasty labneh and felafal. Will return soon!
I had visitors from CA and OH. Only half of our party of 6 arrived on time. The others were driving from the Daytona area and were over an hour late. Our waitress was very understanding as we began with appetizers and wine. We had time for a nice visit and all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. My guests
said it was the best Mideastern food they had had in a long time.
The food was amazing. I had the octopus and it was the best I had ever had. Ariel was our waiter and he did a phenomenal job. Everything he recommended was delicious. Definitely will be back.
I loved this place! If you are in the mood for Mediterranean food, this is a great place to go. Happy hour menu is good! Location great! Loved everything about it, will be back!
Food was not served hot. Had to ask for pita bread. Food just ok.
Fantastic place! Our server was great! Food was delicious!!
I invited a group of six friends to enjoy convivial conversation over a relaxed but early lunch. We all arrived on time at 11.30am and departed at 2pm. The restaurant was just outstanding. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma and a glass of panino. The plate was wonderful and substantial and certainly a good buy. The ambiance was first class and all six of us, although mostly hard of hearing were delighted to be readily heard across the delightful table. This was my first visit and I could not have chosen a better place.
Great food always and great/fun entertainment.
Only complaint was the manager/host. We requested a specific type of table, he didn’t look at the reservation and sat us at an entirely different table. No big deal if the restaurant had been full, but it was not. Nothing major though. The server and the food absolutely made up for it. Would definitely recommend trying the taste of Lebanon.
I enjoyed brunch with s friend last Sunday, the food was well prepared and had great flavor. I ordered the eggs Benedict and substituted chicken for the lamb, no problem, I was easily accommodated. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly....it was my first time eating there since the renovation, nicely done but honestly I really preferred the original decor which reflected the foods origins
The best lunch I’ve had in S Tampa. Hit & fresh wraps, amazing flavor. Great hummus & babba
Went for lunch on Sunday but could only get brunch buffett. Was good but not great. Wish there was more authentic food out (like taboululi).
Went for a Mother’s Day Bruch...was not aware that it was a buffet. Wanted to be served on my special day.
I wish that I’d been notified In advance that it was a self service brunch then I would’ve booked later or somewhere else...
Conveniently located, pleasant surroundings, Food is a little above average for middle eastern -- not our favorite, but we go there knowing what it is because it is convenient.
Best food in South Tampa. Service very good. Nice remodel very spacious and clean!! If you like Mediterranean food must try! Lamb chops, New York strip very tasty.
I always like the food here. The renovation makes it more modern and open.
Food is always great. Our server Kim also was awesome
Very loud, slow service and the menu has changed quite a bit. Still tasty but not the great spot it used to be.
Love the new look of the inside and out ! Everything was delicious, especially the grilled octopus.. if you don’t think you will like it , try it anyway! BEst gyro meat in the area ... brandino was served whole , was so moist and flavorful.. will be back for sure
Pretty empty. Still, server seemed to forget us easily. Sorry.
Great food, ambiance, waiter and overall experience. A forgotten gem in South Tampa's dining scene.
Had a family dinner for 7. Waiter did a great job getting an arrangement that works. Recommendations for dinner was great. They were flexible providing choices. The only thing a little objectionable was the music piped over the restaurant (inside and out). Turned it down the up for the belly dancer (and then down after through dancing). Overall great time.
Have been going to Byblos for years and still love it, even though it is not the same restaurant anymore. Wish they still had a mezza platter, but we built our own with their different apps and it was delicious.
We enjoyed the easy parking at 6:30 p.m. and the desk reception .
The atmosphere approaching the restuarant is inviting and indoors very pleasant .
The serving staff was competent and pleasant and the food was tasty albeit the
lamb chops were by our home standards suprisingly minute .
The food was outstanding as well as the service. We are definitely planning to come back to Byblos soon.
Service slow. Food was dried out chicken kebob, chicken schwarma, and gyro meat. Very disappointing overall. Noise level was very high and being seated next to an extremely noisy group of six made it even more intolerable. Will not return.
When we first arrive for our 5:30 pm dinner reservation the restaurant had no other patrons. We shared the humus appetizer - which was very good and both had the whole bronzino, which was also very good. Service was good - although maybe a bit slow as the restaurant filled up. The part that was distracting is that it got extremely noisy. When we left, we exited out the back door and realized that the tables near the bar area - which is a separate room, were so much more quiet. If we go back - which we likely will, we will request a table in the bar area.
