    Our party of 10 had an excellent evening and pre-theater dinner. The servers were so patient and professional with our large group. All the dinners came out together and were delicious. The menu is large and has a huge variety of Belgian inspired choices. The vibe was relaxed but the service was perfectly timed.

    The mussels , Caesar salad, crème Brielle, and waffle with ice cream were amazing. Portions are big, we had 3 mussel pots for 4 of us and had plenty of leftovers. Salads were big as well, definitely split them. Service was impeccable! Staff was lovely. My only issue is the ambiance, places needs an update, music was loud, they lower it when I asked them to! That being said we had a delicious meal. I highly recommend Bxl Zoute! Great service!

    It’s been over a year since we last dined here. We go for a before show drink and dinner afterwards. The meal and old world ambience continues to excel. I’m glad to see that since the last time, we weren’t charged for bread however we needed to ask for it. Covid is long over and as a matter of course it would be nice to see bread placed on the table unsolicited especially for meals like steak tartare and to mop up the sauce of mussels. What I object to now is the manner in which the bill was presented …on an electronic device where the wait staff is waiting over my shoulder while the tip is to be entered. I had to ask to see the itemized bill on the device. This was discomforting especially since earlier at the bar a normal paper bill was presented. With this electronic billing method, higher prices and charge card surcharges I’m tending to tip less. I apologize for the wait staff for this.

    This restaurant has excellent food and service. We really feel like home here. There are 5 different kinds of mussels and we had 2 different types. They were both delicious!! The best tasting and freshest mussels I have ever had. There is seating both indoors and outside which is wonderful in nice weather. I highly recommend this restaurant!

    Best Belgian beer selection on tap anywhere in NYC. Even better than the Burp Castle in the east village. And the hanger steak and frittes were amazing! This is my new go-to bar/restaurant.
