BV Tuscany Italian Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
This was our second visit to BVT and it was a wonderful experience. There are four main things that make BVT appealing - 1) The food is very well prepared and presented, 2) the service is efficient and friendly, 3) the dining areas have a nice vibe, and 4) The owners are hands-on and take great pride in their restaurant. Incidentally, if the ricotta cheesecake is on the dessert menu, by all means order it...unbelievably delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
This was our first time dining here. The food & service were exceptional. Grilled salmon was excellent. We will definitely be returning. Beautiful, intimate dining room with an old-European feel. Definitely a notch above many other local Italian restaurants that we've tried.
Attentive wait staff. The house pinot noir was excellent; in many other restaurants, I am disappointed when I want a glass of wine, and not a whole bottle.
The salad, pasta, main course and dessert were all excellent. The espresso was mellow. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend BV Tuscany to foodies.
Unusual and well prepared Italian food. Service was excellent. Extremely accommodating for special requests. Very light hand -- totally lovely experience. I deducted a star because the tables are a little too close to each other to make this a truly elegant place.
This is a great little restaurant. Food was great and the wait staff was very attentive. Would definitely recommend. The only downside and really not a big deal is it is a bit small but everything else was so enjoyable i would highly recommend this neighborhood find.
Everything was perfect. Uncrowded on midweek night, so wait staff could really concentrate on us. Helpful, friendly, but not pushy, and we closed the place (with no pressure to leave). Food was excellent, especially smoked pork special. Will definitely go back in future.
We had a lovely time. The food was very good with an excellent and varied selection. The waiter was very helpful and friendly.
We were seeing friends whom we had not been with in some time and the quiet atmosphere made it very easy to enjoy our conversation.
We’ve been to BV Tuscany a number of times & plan on returning. We share the clam appetizer which was fantastic, as was the veal chop & bronzino. We each had the truth color salad, which was just fair. Not sure if there was too much cheese on it, or underdressed. We rarely order dessert, but I encouraged my boyfriend to order Italian cheesecake since it’s alwsys wonderful here.
BV Tuscany never fails to impress. The menu is varied and there is always something special to try. The Tuna is rare, tender and just makes the night healthy. The appetizer tripe is just like Grandma used to make. The staff is friendly, engaging and lighthearted while attentive.
BV Tuscany has always been my husband's favorite Italian Restaurant. Now it is taking over my heart too. We moved further away from the Restaurant, but it is SOOOOOOO worth the drive for us. We still have yet to order off the menu. They're specials are always so intense, sumptuous, amazing!!! And it is an absolute must to save room for the Strawberry Balsamico! We won't even share it anymore... it's just THAT good. Truly a fantastic restaurant. <3
It was our first time there and we will be back. Food was very tasty and there was an excellent variety. The portions were large.. The service was outstanding. The server was engaging and service staff were constant without being intrusive. The restaurant has an old world charm to it without being stuffy. This is definitely a neighbor gem.
My experience at BV Tuscany was excellent. My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner from the burrata appetizer to the lobster and pasta and bronzino. The waiter was adorable and helped us choose and excellent bottle of wine to compliment our meal. I will definitely return!
Food is always great! Fresh ingredients and the specialties of the house are the bronzino and the zabaglione with strawberries for two made fresh as you wait. Staff is always eager to please and accommodate any food requests. Just a good place to eat when you are looking for consistently great food and service.
