Amazing food and great service! Our waitress was super sweet. Always a good time at buttonwood! It’s our go-to for dinner dates.
Food and service were great. We were promptly seated in the area we requested and were very happy with our visit.
Food was really enjoyable and a nice atmosphere inside. Looking forward to going again.
Hamburgers were delicious. Good presentation. Make a reservation because it can get crowded.
Our waitress was fantastic . She answered our questions regarding the menu and provided excellent service to us. The food was delicious from appetizer to entree.
We have been going to Buttonwood for some time.
You can ALWAYS count on the food quality and prep.
High marks go to kitchen staff - they get it right every time.
We have come to know most of the waitstaff - our shining light is Kelly! Talk about getting it right! She is an asset to Buttonwood and we hope she stays forever.

Server was exceptional. Food is always great and consistent every time we go to Buttonwood. The burgers are amazing!
Met a long time friend for lunch and had not been to the Buttonwood for about two years. Our lunch was very good as well as the service. We did not feel rushed and I will certainly be going back again in the near future.
We dine at BG every couple of months and always enjoy the burgers and the service. This time, on a quiet Wednesday afternoon, the burgers were still great but the spinach/artichoke appetizer was so so. Service was efficient but NOT friendly. And I understand prices are going up but $12 for two diet sodas and two ice teas that were mostly ice???
Would not recommend right now. Maybe we'll try again in the spring.
Great restaurant! We love it there!
We always have a great time at the Buttonwood Grill...
Our server was amazing..
Food is always great
Food was Ok. Grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta roll was tasteless and roll was stale tasting. Husband's Turkey vegetable soup had unusual seasoning.
We always enjoy stopping in at Buttonwood - delicious menu, healthy options, nice ambiance, pleasant staff, etc., we consistently have a good experience!
Always love a meal at Buttonwood!
Although they seemed to have staff, I think they are still struggling like most restaurants. Hostess took us to our table and left all the napkins and silverware in one big pile - we had to set our own table. Noisy. Waitress seemed to disappear and not check in on us much - is this a training issue.
Food was good - hamburgers are great tasting.
The food was excellent and tasted super fresh! Loved the waitress and the overall ambiance!
Our table was ready immediately. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Will definitely plan on returning.
No social distancing. No masks for hostess or servers despite the rise in Covid cases and contact with many people who aren’t wearing masks while eating or drinking. Will not be returning unless staff are masked. Also, ran out of ginger beer for mules.
This is the second time I ate here within a week. Both times the hot water served for tea was barely lukewarm despite my asking for it to be served very hot. Had to send it back both times I dined here. The tea wasn't drinkable and it was overly priced.
We were seated promptly at reservation time. Menu provided a great selection of reasonably priced food. Our server, Matt, provided great service. The food was very good.
Good food. Table was ready on time. Service was very good as well.
Great food, great service, would definitely go back
Our service was great and the food was delicious
We were there for the holidays and although it was short staffed because of Covid they did a really good job taking care of up.Food was really good and the Grinch drink was great.
Even though the restaurant was very busy we had wonderful service. Food came out quickly. We enjoy eating at the Buttonwood when we visit Peddlers Village.
The service was great, even with the restaurant being very busy
I made reservations online, which I highly recommend. We were seated shortly after we arrived. We got a nice private booth, that I reallyiked because I felt We weren't on top of anyone. My husband had the bison burger, that he really enjoyed. I had the grilled chicken BLT with avacado. It was delicious. Even though our waitress was busy, she came by frequently to see if we needed anything, and always had a smile on her face. We usually try to eat here when we go to Peddler's Village. We will be back.
I had an excellent 1/2 cheeseburger and scrumptious French fries. My husband enjoyed a smoked gouda onion ale soup that was super good and he had a great pastrami sandwich that was tasty, well packed and lean.
Went for early dinner on 16th. Wife's hot tea was lukewarm, had to get hotter version after arguing with server. Afterwards I got coffee. Was literally room temperature.
After requesting that coffee be taken off bill server got surly and slammed bill down on table without a word.
I guess that we're too demanding that hot drinks be hot!
So much for modern customer service.
Our service was awesome and being tucked away in our own little room made for a really nice intimate meal. We all enjoyed our meals, the only complaint would be the fish tacos, although tasted great, they looked bare inside. I would rather pay a little more and not still feel hungry after.
Very good food and drinks. Area we sat in was a little crowded but still good
Waitstaff forgot a salad order. Took a very long time to get a draft beer. Otherwise was fine
It was great. Fantastic burger and onion rings. Can’t wait to go back.
Beautiful colonial style and great food....wait service was excellent...thank you. Will be back.🍷🍷🍷
Very good burgers.
They were clearly understaffed. Waiter was great with what he was dealing with
Pizza came out raw, garlic on pizza tasted like it was boiled and had no flavor. The burger definitely didnt seem award winning in any sense. Unsure of the servers name but she was attentive. We didn't see any sense of complaining to her, just wont be returning.
Our server Kim was very nice and our orders did arrive with a short wait and accurate. The noise level was high which made it difficult to have a conversation. Where our booth was located, there was a steady draft.
Overall, okay place.
Because there were 7 of us we had a special room of our own. Once the waitress finally came to take our order she was very attentive to us. 4 of us had the Guinness burger which was delicious and served with sweet potato fries. 2 others had the fish (Cod)Tacos and they really liked them. One person had the Vegan Shepherd Pie and she said it was outstanding! Will go back again next time at Peddlers Village.
Very nice place! It is our favorite go to restaurant in Peddler’s Village!
