We were brought to the worst table in the way back under the air conditioning unit and music speaker which were both loud although the restaurant was empty. I asked to move and was denied at first.then I was finally moved after telling the waiter. We let them know we had to catch a play in an hour and a half and ordered. It took a half hour wait between the starter and mains although we asked that everything be put in at the start and brought out when ready. The waitress argued with us when we requested this. We had to ask for the bill five times before it was finally brought out.

We had an early dinner before a 7pm play nearby. Meal and service were excellent! Food was warm and presentation was beautiful. My husband had pork chop which was cooked perfectly. Prices were high but normal for NYC.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were unique and tasty. Everything totally met our expectations.

Outstanding meal. We ordered “small” plates since we are not big eaters and couldn’t finish. Excellent and strong drinks from the bar. Reasonably priced for Midtown Manhattan. Bill came to $115 for 2

The food runner brought our food to the table behind us and the table behind us ate our food. The server apologized, however it took over an hour for our food to come to the table and the manager never came to talk to us. The entire situation was frustrating and we were surprised with the way it was handled. The server was amazing and very professional but the management here is terrible. I was so excited to bring my husband here as it was previously my favorite restaurant in the city- but we won’t be back. What a disappointment.

OMG, the Dark Chocolate Pudding was otherworldly good! Not overwhelmingly chocolatey (there is such a thing!) but a perfect blend of smooth textures and sweet flavors balanced by sour cherries. Heaven! We also had the salmon which is served with a delicious corn succotash. And though I'm shocked to admit it, I actually prefer the cavatappi pasta to the also-delicious gnocchi Mac'n'cheese. Service was great as always. Butter is always such a delight!

I will not spend any more money here. Salmon so over done that it was hard and white all the way thru. Sauce broken. Pasta course (meatballs and red sauce) served cold. Mushroom salad that came with the burrata was in a pool of oil. Wholly unsatisfactory.
