We were going to a Broadway matinee, so we were interested in having lunch somewhere close to the theater district. We both ordered the 3 course prix fixe for $35.00. Each course was wonderfully prepared, the waitstaff were attentive and the wines were delicious. All in all, a perfect choice for us. We would definitely go again for lunch and would also love to try Butter Midtown for dinner.

The food is simply superb. The timing of the courses was very good but I was there on a Sunday and the waiter was a little slow in taking our order.

Unfortunately our experience was horrible. Came to NYC for the weekend and only planned one really nice dinner here. Love Alex and still do but her and Michael Jenkins were not in the kitchen on Sunday January 14th and it showed. Service was EXTREMELY slow. Reservation at 7:30 and we did not leave until 10pm. There was a hour and 10 minutes between the appetizers being served and the main course. Wanted to order the Tomahawk but felt "talked out of it" but the server due to it taking "45 mins to a hour to prepare". With our wait, we could've ordered it! Asked the waitress to check on meals about 45 mins in, and did not see anything until we asked a manager a second time. When the food arrived I asked why it took so long and the waitress replied "well everything is made it order. This is a normal wait". If this is normal, you are going to continue to lose people and fast! When the food was delivered most dishes were cold or room temperature and the potatoes in the gratin were not even cooked. Almost a $400 meal and completely unhappy. Will not be back.

While what we ordered, salmon with sun chocked, and pasta with lobster, was delicious, the menu was limited and the server was very inattentive. Iwill say though that the raspberry beignets were absolutely delightful.

Yum! The food and drinks were simply divine! It was so hard to choose what to order because everything sounded so good! The star of the meal was for definitely the pan roasted chicken. It’s no surprise that this is something they always have on the menu - it is so perfect. The service, however, was less than stellar - everything just took awhile to order and then receive. I would definitely go back, hopefully the service was a fluke.

Best chicken I have had in my 37 years of life. Wow.

Put anniversary on our reservation. Were given free champagne with our dessert. Nice, unexpected.

Waitstaff kept our table wiped down. They probably wiped it 5-6 times during our time there. Nice! They also cleared dishes, refilled waters, etc. in a way that you barely noticed they were doing it. Really great service.
