This was our second night at Butchers Chophouse. The two for one was defina reason we came back. But the food was too good to pass up. The lobster nachos and short rib appetizers were great. We had the lamb chops , filet, bone in ribeye and the special of the day -elk filet. All were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The sides were also tasty including the mushroom risotto. Dessert was also enjoyable. Was a great evening with family.
We had a very nice evening. The service is attentive with out hovering. Glasses never became empty and needs were anticipated. The food...excellent! Everything was well prepared. Meat was cooked exactly as ordered. Vegetables were delicious with the brussel sprouts being our favorite. Definitely one of our favorites in Park City!
We got 2 New York strips. They came out fast, almost too fast. We were here to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the experience, not to be rushed through dinner. Both steaks were undercooked. The server was not the best she seemed like she was rushed and not very personable. She only checked on us twice. 1 of streaks we got was 1/4 fat. We mentioned it to the manager and he was super helpful and made it right but overall this experience was underwhelming.
Very attentive service. Some real interesting appetizer choices. Steaks cooked to perfection!!
Great food, drinks, atmosphere, service. Would go back any time.
We met friends from out of town and they loved it. We frequently dine here and it never disappoints!
My fiancé and I were celebrating our engagement at Butcher's Chop House and the staff couldn't have been friendlier! They Congratulated us on our engagement multiple times. The general manager even stopped by and said he'd like to buy us dessert. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced (for Park City)! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in Park City!
The restaurant was very busy (it was a Saturday night), but the overall food quality was just OK. The prime rib was just mediocre, and I tried the filet mignon- again just OK. It is expensive, and I would hesitate to go again based on the quality of the meat cuts. However, the appetizers were both quite good - a rare tuna lettuce wrap was outstanding.
I do like the bar on the lower level- and they have a great liquor selection.
Meeting up with friends who were in town and hadn’t seen in over a year
Great steak, efficient and friendly service, great location
Enjoyed our experience dining with this company. The good was delicious and the service was great!
Food was very good and we loved the ambiance.
Wonderful food and experience. We were on a ski trip to Park City and wanted a great meal with friends and our children. PERFECT location!
The food was delicious and our waiter, Dave, was wonderful. He knew all about the menu and gave great suggestions for drinks and dinner.
The food was slightly better than mediocre. Compared to all the other food we had while in Park City, this was at the bottom on quality and flavor. Prime Rib was over cooked and the beet salad had no flavor as an example. Our server was excellent.
I like this restaurant & have eaten here many times.
Very accommodating- delicious food!
Thank you - we will be back
Steak was pretty bad. Everything else was good.
Bad martinis! Maybe because of local laws.
Wow everything was delicious. Great atmosphere and service. Caesar salad was perfect. Mac and cheese with jalapeño very good. My husband had elk, cooked perfect. Great value for Park City.
Always very consistent and delicious. Steak was perfectly cooked and the Elk special with gnocchi was exceptional!
Steaks had quite a few tendons in them. Steaks were cooked a little too long. The first table we sat at was very wobbly and we were moved to another.
First visit to Butchers. I was told about their great steaks which were good. I was really impressed with their cocktails. My wife loved the Ginger Margarita, and I had the Hooch cocktail that was very good! We came back the next day just to have drinks in the bar. You gotta try out their cocktails, even if you aren’t a steak lover. Great bar! Great service!
My ski group's annual trip to Park City always includes a nigh at Butchers -- this year as consistently in the past we had a tasty and congenial night of it. Thanks and much appreciated.
The black cod was disappointing
Great service. Wonderful starters. Nice wine list. Would return.
The food was fine. The steak was not great. The crab, lobster and ahi were very good. The chocolate cake was not great at all and considering we were celebrating a birthday it was definitely a disappointment. The service was excellent.
We had to ask for a server. The server we had never offered to tell us the specials, and we rarely saw him. Steaks were very undercooked. 2 drinks were spilled on us. The place just isn’t managed well.
Great food and Service
we had a great night with our friends. food was wonderful. the service was exceptional.
Would not schedule a business dinner here again... the server might have been on there first night.... we were left with hungry guests and the last people in the place.... I was embarrassed in front of out of the country guests... the bar has always been good ... but the dining experience was nothing to write home about
Outstanding meal. Lambchops, sides, steak, all superb.
This steakhouse is mediocre at best. It feels like a chain restaurant. The server wasn't able to answer our questions and immediately sent over the GM. He was wonderful and very attentive. The server was nice enough, just not trained regarding the menu. The fried calamari was supposed to have a glaze, but it was doused in a sauce. We had to get another order without the glaze. Order it on the side, if you order it. The BLT salad with blue cheese had a dressing that seemed watered down and had very little flavor. Definitely not what you would expect from a steakhouse . The cowboy ribeyes were a sorry sight. I was expecting a thick, juicy cut of beef with a nice bone. They were 18 oz ribeyes that were barely an inch thick. There was not a good char on them either. A ribeye needs a good char. They were cooked to temperature at medium rare. The french fries had a seasoned coating on them and still were mediocre. My daughter and I split the steak and had skinny fries and steak fries-neither were up to snuff. The wild mushrooms side, however was very good. We had concerns when we arrived and the prices were relatively inexpensive for Park City. Save your money and eat somewhere else. Or spend more money and get a quality steak at a real steak house. Being foodies, we would rather spend more and have a delicious dining experience. Waste of calories and money.
Mediocre steak house in desperate need of refurbishing. Good for large, loud families.
2 Steak were ordered as medium and one was served raw, the other well done.
No personallity. RUSH, RUSH, RUSH
Todo muy agradable excepto la hostess del bar con un pésimo carácter casi nos hace salirnos del rstaurant, afortunadamente los meseros muy agradables, la comida excelente
We had a terrific Valentines dinner. Great service and very good menu
One of the best steak houses I have ever been to.. the fillets are phenomenal and my husband got the lamb which was OUTSTANDING
Better off finding a burger somewhere than a steak here. Both by buddies' NYStrips were overcooked and had to go back for a do over since medium rare came out med-well. Steaks lacked in flavor and they tried to make up for it by an exorbitant amount of butter. Steaks must have come from the local grocer. Outback has a better steak and i hate Outback.
My filet could have been better. I expected a better grade of meat.
The prime was amazing! Everything about our dinner was perfect from the service to the food.
