A very dissapointing experience for brunch. The menu is worded in a way that there was too many delightful options. Reality, the food was terrible. It wasn't just my food but the whole table of 5. To make matters worse it took a half an hour for the bill to come out. Our waiter started off well then seemed to be unable to attend to our table. It was frustrating to ask for a bottle of water for the table when you can see the current water is empty.

I’ve eaten here before and all was good but this time very disappointing. The charred octopus tasted like charcoal with tentacles burnt black and $15 for one measly tentacle smh. The waiter recommended the whole fish over the scallops which I’ve had before and were good but I guess he was choosing the highest priced item not the best because the fish was horrible. It obviously had been chilled to the point if frozen because the meat was all tiny flakes indicative of being frozen then cooked before thawed. The Thai chili sauce was horrible. Wine list ok but lacked value for the price

I enjoyed my dinner, however, am puzzled on the interaction of OpenTable and the restaurant. Having a reservation at 7:30, I arrived with half my party of 4 at 7:20. Waiting patiently for the hostesses, while other patrons leapfrogged ahead of me to get their attention, I made my presence known. The table not being ready and the remainder of my party still on their way, I apprised them I would be at the bar for a drink. This was about 7:25. At 7:45, with my party ready I advised the hostess table, while the hotel was calling me about my reservation. We paid our tab for one drink at the bar (after being asked if we wanted a drink by no less than 4 different bar tenders) and were soon seated (approximately 7:50). A bit mad cap, but tolerable. Then, today I received a "no show" email from OpenTable. Huh?!?! I'm not fussing about a delay for a table at a busy restaurant, or the abundance of eager bartenders, but am puzzled on how the communication broke down. There has to be a more seamless way for OpenTable reservations can be made and for those who do show up on time be appropriately acknowledged.

Not fitting for a Ritz Carlton. Service was poor and food was good but nothing special and definitely not worth the cost. All you’re paying for are ocean views that you can get anywhere on the strip.

Fabulous food, amazing ambiance, and an incredible server named Jason. He made the night for us. He has a natural gift of making people feel important and special. His recommendations were just right and he knew exactly what kind of night we needed when we told him we hadn’t been out for a while without the kids. He is excellent at what he does. I am craving the artisanal charcuterie board as I write this! Can’t wait to go back! And I will wait as long as I have to be served by Jason.

While staying at the Ritz, we celebrated a 50th birthday. Service was absolutely amazing! Server helped guide and make recommendations throughout the evening and all were spot on. We enjoyed the outside seating and all the food was very good. Our initial seafood took awhile to prepare, so the server brought out a nice appetizer at no charge. He also served us a very nice dessert on the restaurant, which was unexpected, but very nice. Everything was fantastic, but the service was something we'll always remember. Thank you!

Great location have been there many times went for breakfast today to watch sunrise. Very disappointed and surprised that the cook at the omelette station at a Ritz Carlton property didn’t know how to properly make fried eggs. My husband Got the buffet and sent his first order of fried over medium eggs back and 2nd order came back looking just as crazy (like world worst cook made them. I know you are thinking how do you mess that up?? Me too...) We did not complain just left them uneaten. I ordered the same thing “a la cart” eggs over medium they were made in the kitchen in the back and came out perfectly as expected. How do you mess up eggs????

Our server was wonderful and attentive everything else tasty.

We went for Easter Brunch. It was quite pricey (over $100) and it did not include drinks. The quality of the food was not what we are used to seeing at other comparable brunches such as the Biltmore in Miami or the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. The raw seafood looked delicious but was full of water and had very little flavor. The carving station had 2 meats, ham and lamb which were good. There were only about 8 other hot foods and this is a much smaller selection than at other brunches. The sushi bar and dumplings were a highlight. There were approximately 8 dessert selections and the other comparable places have over 30 with chocolate fountains, etc.

We were looking to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had the most amazingly wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, the dinner was absolutely delicious . We found the our meals were truly creatively crafted to be as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate. I am a big foodie and I was not just impressed, I was blown away. Everything about the evening was perfect

We stayed at a hotel a few buildings away and walked past here a few times and wanted to check it out, so made a reservation day of. Cool decor, fun restaurant / bar vibe, and we were sat right away when we arrived. Fernando our waiter was excellent and made some great recommendations. We ordered the focaccia bread (seriously the best bread I’ve had in a while!) and the presentation is cool too. The burrata tomato salad was excellent as well, and we also tried the pork belly tacos and swordfish. Lots of options and small plates to share. Wine list had a nice variety as well. Definitely worth checking out as a casual, dining experience with a beach view!

Our dinner took close to 3 hours (it was 2 of us, ordered 3 apps and 1 main dish). We wouldn't see our server for 20-30 minute spans, and even then he wouldn't always come to our table. Food was very good, but based on service I wouldn't go back.

Very much enjoyed the food. Notable were the oyster appetizer, the swordfish, and the pappardelle pasta. Everything we had was well executed and did not disappoint.

The ambience and decor are well done and really what you would expect from a seafood restaurant at a Ritz -- more casual than i expected, but still nice. Note that they do have tables and a bar on the outside terrace overlooking the ocean (across the street).

The only real disappointment was the service. You expect top notch service at a Ritz. At Burlock Coast the staff is fairly knowledgeable and courteous but the overall pace of service was just too slow. Every step from getting menus to drinks to taking order to getting apps to taking dinner order, etc etc just took too long. Still professional, just a little slow.

Our server Carmen was AMAZING! We sat outside and watched the beach. Brunch was great and bottomless drinks made it better. Burlock Coast is on the ground floor of the Ritz Carlton but the vibe is rum and laid back. Free valet for first 2 hours.

Had a party of 7, seated promptly (nice waiting area and bar if you have a wait time, though). Jason was our server and was AMAZING. Professional and yet so fun. Learned all of our names when taking drink order. Kitchen had a little problem before our meal service and Jason offered free round of cocktails and appetizer for our wait (which was a slight delay, at best). Food was exceptional. Manager visited our table twice to ensure we were taken care of. I've dined at some pretty fantastic restaurants and this did not disappoint. Honestly some of the best service I've ever had! Food was delicious, too!

Restaurant was accommodating when we were running a little late due to unplanned traffic. Sat on the patio and it was a beautiful evening with nice Atlantic views. Due to spring break, the vehicle and pedestrian traffic was a bit loud (loud music and engines revving), but it wasn't too distracting. Food was outstanding - two of us had the snapper, one had the sea bass, and another had the lobster pasta and we all recommend them.

We were seated by our reservation time of 7:30 but did not see a waiter for 15 min. We simply orders burgers and did not get the burgers until 8:45. Waiter said he would return with another round of beers 3 times and each time never had one...didn’t get another beer until the busboy was picking up our finished plates and we asked him if he would get our beers!! Then shortly after he brings our beers the waiter finally shows up with another beer that he had said he was going to get 45 min earlier. The service was completely ridiculous and all they did for compensation for the lousy service was to give us 10% off the meal...a whopping $4.00 off!! This is the fifth time that we have been there and the service was only excellent one time. But this time the poor service topped the cake!! After this experience I have no desire to ever go back again.
