   I was drawn to this place based on their instagram pictures, where the food looks incredible. The food was very "okay", not BAD, but just "okay". Not good enough to return. Some may enjoy, I just did not.

   The environment is just the right place you would Want to eat a meal. Our waiter was great with a great personality and easy to talk with.

   As locals, this is favorite of ours for lunch / brunch. Food is great, the view is great and lots of people, vehicle and boat watching:) We always sit outside but if you want something quieter and perhaps more intimate, then would recommend inside seating. Always a good idea to book as the hotel guests get prioritized when they are really busy. Would highly recommend.

   Our dinner experience at Burlock was outstanding. Our server, Chris, provided us with excellent recommendations and everything we had exceeded our expectations.

   Fernando was my server, very attentive and did his “homework” prior to approaching my table. Open Table provides a place to list dietary preferences. Fernando not only greeted me by name (solo diner), he rattled off my dietary considerations per the menu. He was able to recommend options. Ultimately my dish came out, the special catch of the day, tilefish. It was delicious and well balanced in seasoning, along with the accompanying carrots and beluga lentils. I paired this with a glass of their Pinot Gris. Sitting outside was lovely, overlooking the water. I’d go back.

   Outstanding experience in every respect. Some of the best food we have ever had, including (for me) the best grouper I have had.

   We loved the fish n chips. And the grouper special was also very good! Bread pudding dessert was great! Service is excellent! Sitting outside is fun!
