I never like restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. They always lack the elegance that goes with haute cuisine. This is no exception. Not aesthetically pleasing at all.
We were celebrating two birthdays. Arrived on time and seated on time. Valet parked. When we went for our car, we were charged $10 for parking as we were there longer than two hours. We spent over $400 and had no control on how fast the food was served. This $10 was a bit of a negative. I did speak with the hotel concierge and he did refund our $10 but I would hesitate to suggest this restaurant without warning of parking fees.

Went to Burlock Coast for a family gathering in Fort Lauderdale in the holiday season. From the fruit plate brought to our two-year-old seconds after we sat down, the wait staff took excellent care of us and everyone very much enjoyed the specialty cocktails, small plates and main courses. Everything was great, but we had no room left for dessert.
Ambience was nice. Server was very attentive, but the food was not very good and overpriced. The roasted poblanos with goat cheese was just weird. It was literally melted goat cheese over poblano chilis with no seasoning, not even salt. Goat cheese has a gritty consistency when melted. It seems like the chef is trying too hard to be interesting instead of just focusing on making food that tastes good. As another example, also, had the beef in red wine sauce which normally would be braised until very tender, but this was a large square of meat that was kind of carmelized on the outside and very tough. Again, no seasoning. The potatoes with it were delicious though.

Really nice restaurant that I would come back to and recommend. Delicious food (Skirt Steak Frites was outstanding) and perfect portion size. Great local beer as well.

The service was fantastic. Our server was extra tentative. The fish and chips were good. The covia was good. The lobster pasta was not great at all. Tasted over cooked. They were kind enough to comp that meal though. I’d go back for the impressive service for sure.

Great food and awesome service! We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner (twice) here and each time we had great service and great food. Outside seating can be noisy due to the cars driving by, but otherwise great location.
our welcome was as if we didn't belong there and were a nuisance. Every table was empty and set except for one, and in spite of our having reservations we were told we had to wait until that one table was cleaned and set until we could be seated, this, after the host ran off ahead of us so fast that we had to run to keep up with him. As we had my 86 year old Mother with us, we asked to be seated in any of the other tables and were met gruffly. The waiter's accent was so strong we could barely understand him. The appetizers came 10 minutes before our drinks, and it went downhill from there. Very expensive . The view is nice.
It was a disappointing evening at one of our favourite outdoor dining spots. The ceviche was just okay and the lobster pasta was terrible, I'm afraid. The sauce was thin and bland almost as though they had just poured milk into the bowl. The lobster, though plentiful, was tasteless and on the tough side. Lots of salt and pepper made it bearable. Leo, our server, was brilliant and the chocolate ice cream for dessert helped to ease the disappointment.

Vacationed in Fort Lauderdale and this was the best meal of the week! Everything from the host to getting our check, and everything in between was spot on. Shout out to Kara, our server, who was incredible! And the food was fantastic! The BEST Grilled Octopus we have ever had! The BEST Swordfish I have ever had! And all the other sides we had were amazing! We visit every 1-2 years, and will never miss a meal at this spot again.

We sat on the covered patio right next to A1A. It was noisy, but the people watching and the view of the ocean were terrific. Those chairs … oh those chairs … anyone moving their chair causes a very load and annoying screech. We will only go back if we find out they fixed that problem.

The food was delicious!! The only down side was the dessert menu—really wanted a chocolate dessert and there was none on the menu.

Nice place; beautiful location near the beach. Drinks were made perfectly. The crab and oysters were delicious as was everything else. The key lime pie was amongst the best we’ve had.
Ate breakfast here outside. Food was great and the portions were plenty, the staff was very nice.
It was a very nice experience but 3 of us got sick later that evening. All 3 that got sick had eaten crab claws. That must have been it.
Not sure it’s their fault but we aren’t ready to go back either.
The service was excellent- our server Arlene was spot on! The food presentation was fantastic and the quality was even better and the taste was awesome!
Baramundi and vegetables prepared perfectly. Key lime pie for dessert - really a whole mini pie, not a slice - outstanding. Service by Arlene couldn't have been better - nice, friendly, pleasant, but not at all intrusive

Have been there many times for brunch !
Have always had a good time.
However I felt bad for the waiter, as on their website that day , oysters are half price at brunch.
Then the check came and they were full price, so I questioned it?
The waiter responded by saying that promotion was no longer available. And yet it was still on the website.
The manager corrected the check.
Sad visit !
It was amazing. The food was great. The service was great. It was our anniversary and our server gave us a complimentary glass of champagne.
Said stone crabs were special of night without giving a price ....charged 240 dollars for six legs
