This is our favorite restaurant in Vegas. So we were very disappointed to have made reservations for New Years Eve weeks in advance only to arrive at the restaurant and find it closed. I understand that not every place is open during the pandemic, but don’t take reservations if you’re not going to be open!!

The restaurant was CLOSED when we arrived for our reservation. I don’t know where the fault lies but I can’t believe no one notified me. I understand COVID has wreaked havoc everywhere but someone should be responsible. Our nice sit-down dinner that night consisted of a food court visit! I received at least 3 texts/emails that day confirming my reservation. Why couldn’t one of them simply had apologized and said the restaurant was closed?

Very rude waitress! Not impressed! It would have been nicer to be treated better!

Had the plain wings, very tasteful and you could tell they were cooked to order! Very fresh! Good customer service and no wait time when did a reservation. Wait time for food was also bearable!

We had the Huber Keller Burger with a twist, we changed to a pretzel bun and sweat potato fries, paired with a pitcher of India Pale Ale. We had eaten here few times and it is worth what you pay for any of these gourmet burgers!

Unfortunately the hamburgers were very dry even when ordering it medium rare. The fries were good and the milk shake was excellent although very expensive priced over 12$
The music was way too high. That really made the experience a poor one to share. I won't dine at Burger Bar ever again.

After watching Hubert Keller on Top Chef for years, we were looking for an affordable "gourmet" experience but, hey, it's just a burger! I ordered the Hubert Keller special burger and my husband had the cobb salad. Both were delicious. The sauce that accompanied the burger was exceptional and the salad had the perfect amount of dressing on it. The fries were average but we ordered a salted carmel milkshake to end the meal. It was divine! Also, our service was exceptional.

This place has to the best place to get a burger in Vegas. My wife and I were curious about the Rossini burger and agreed to split that and the Hubert Keller Burger. Both were fantastic but the Rossini was the clear favorite. The truffles in the burger made the large price very worth it. Can't say their are very many times where I would 65 bucks for a burger but this was definitely one. We paired the meal with a sampler of beers which hit the spot. The service was excellent and they were very attentive. Will definitely return.

This was a birthday dinner for a burger aficionado, and it didn’t disappoint. Great food, staff was incredibly attentive. Sweet potato fries and dipping sauce were wonderful!!

I usually love this place but haven't been for awhile. This trip I was really disappointed in that the menu posted on their site is not even close to what they are actually serving at this time (assume due to COVID). I made the decision to make a reservation and dine at Burger Bar not only based on past experience, but also specifically related to the menu. I was hungry for their lamb burger. The menu posted on the web says it is available however when I arrived I found the menu was limited to prime beef burgers. Very limited and not what I wanted. I did get the beef burger and it was alright BUT it was not what I wanted nor the reason I decided to make the reservation. I understand that due to COVID and a reduced volume of customers that restaurants may need to adjust their menu offerings BUT if you do so, you need to update your website to reflect that as people likely will use that as a factor in deciding to eat there (particularly in a time where reservations are almost essential due to limited restaurant seating capacity). Like I said I was very disappointed and I'm taking this place out of my rotation of places to dine when in Vegas because of their error.

Meal and service was Great

Always our first stop after traveling into town. Usually consistent with product and service is always good. If you really like burgers they the rossini burger.

Second time to Burger Bar in last few months and not disappointed. Food was fantastic as were the milkshakes. Great service and super quick getting our food. Not the cheapest burgers in town but excellent quality and tasted fantastic. Will definitely go back again.

Nicholas was amazing and made the evening fun and social. Your bar did however run out of Barcardi.... but he tried to find some :)

Hands-down best burger in Vegas

Great burger. I did the hangover burger but would do the classic next time. Still really good.

The food was delicious. I had the sliders and my companion had the grilled chicken sandwich. Beer was served in an iced glass.

Fantastic food!

Loved our burgers. Only disappointment was the menu online at mandalay did not reflect the current menu so we were planning on rueben burger and a turkey burger but neither are in the menu anymore
Waygu beef burger was good -was hoping it would’ve been better (couldn’t tell it was waygu instead angus beef)
