We love Burns Vita.
We shared the egg plant app and the arugula salad and they were delicious.
I got for my meal the bronzino and I never
I've previously have eaten here both 'on' &' off' season. For ambiance, no other venue in the area tops this venue during off season.
Specials never change and food is always consistently good!
Food was good however it was cold. The waiter did not come back to see how everything was until we were finished. Very noisy but I knew that. Have been there before
Waiter was working alone, he was very personable.
I Will be back!
Overall good experience!!
Rafael, the owner, was great serving us. The food was excellent and nice atmosphere.
Went there for restaurant week, food and service were great. The clam chowder was delicious, the Veal Scaloppine was great as was the Chicken Parmesan.
Nice little restaurant, the night was been a lot better if it wasn't for the loud group in the corner. They did not respect the balance of the people in the restaurant. The women in the group need to learn how to use their "inside voice".
The tables are a little tight together, and it is a little noisy- but the staff and food more than make up for it. So friendly and helpful. We went for restaurant week and all the offerings were wonderful.
We went during restaurant week. Food was very good. I think the operation is pretty new and the wait staff was getting on the job training. The chef described the dishes and took the orders.
It was noisy, but the food was really good.
Knowing it was restaurant week, they only had one server.
They cook from scratch so my friend can eat garlic, in Italian restaurant, it's hard to find someone who can accommodate. They did and my friend loved it.
One server for the entire dining room during restaurant week on a Saturday night. Really????They forgot about our party of two and left us sitting there with only bread. We ended our up leaving after sitting there for an hour.
Food overall was good but we were there during restaurant week and they required our entire party of four to order from special menu. My brother in law wanted something from their regular menu and they would not let him because the rest of us chose an item from the restaurant week menu. Will not go back.
Another amazing dinner at this romantic restaurant. Staff is attentive and friendly. Food is always great. Wonderful specials.
Food was excellent. Restaurant is noisy so not an intimate dining place.
Excellent, authentic Italian food--great service, very cozy, romantic atmosphere!
Food is always top notch. You can taste the care they take, especially in the sauces. The eggplant app is amazing. This was my second time in and everything has been delicious. Staff is great too.
Excellent. Accidentally found this restaurant. Now, will continue to go back. Excellent food and service. High recommend.
Food was amazing.
We are never disappointed with Buona Vita!! We've been there on several occasions, big group, two couples and just the two of us. The food is delicious, location is perfect for all shore towns and the service has been great each time. We will continue to come here and will tell our friends and family about Buona Vita.
We have been to Buona Vita numerous times and the food is always great. When crowded, on weekends, the noise level is over the top and unacceptable. We plan to go back but will stay away from the weekend and Friday night crowds.
BYOB with delicious food and attentive service. We will definitely be back!
First time dining here. Loved the decor, very intimate setting. The food was excellent. The lobster ravioli special was delicious. The spaghetti and mussels
was loaded with mussels and excellent. We were too full to try dessert, but they had a nice selection to choose. Will definitely come back and enjoy another fine meal.
Went for 25th anniversary. Sat on cozy top deck. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious! Best meal in a long time. I had the special lobster ravioli and my husband had the penne a la vodka. Will definitely go back for special occasions!
I dine here often never disappointed, it's a BYOB which I love. I always start out with a homemade pasta appetizer so good, then on to eating a perfectly delicious main meal.
My wife had the bronzino, and I had veal Parm. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted to perfection. I never had a bad meal here. Our salads were also tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant.
If you don’t mind byob which i prefer bc it is less costly on alcoholic drinks; I much prefer Buona Vita over Steve and Cookies in Margate, period!
Highly recommend. I forgot my wine and they even kindly offered us a glass of wine! Their lasagna is even better than my Italian mom-mom. There were 4 of us and not one complaint from anyone about their food!
Hadn't been to Buono Vita in more than 1 year and was not disappointed. The food is consistently excellent and they always have some interesting specials to chose from. Because its a BYOB, the cost is good and you can afford to bring a more expensive bottle of wine than you would normally order from a restaurant.
Service was excellent although the restaurant can be very noisy at times. Definitely worth a visit.
We had a table for three.
Spagetti Caprese very good
Papardelle Bolognese very good
Gnocchi with gorganzola sauce very good
Owner checked on our table a few times
Our second visit in three weeks. Loved it both times as did our guests. We’ll certainly be back again.
Great food, veal chop special and veal franchese.
Also, homemade soup was great.
Nice staff, hot food, and pleasant atmosphere.
Food is delicious.
We had a great meal. We just returned from Paris last week and Buona Vita was just as exceptional.
We were taken to our table per our reservation time and seated in a very small room (the size of a closet!) which was very romantic. The service was courteous and prompt, even tho it was a full house. Recommendations were made of what we should order and everything was a 10+
Extremely loud in here. We were at the corner table, but it was so hard to have a conversation. Second time dining here. Food is great. Wait staff, not so much. Only one waitress for the whole downstairs. The busboys don't understand English. Asked for a box. Got a glass of ice. Asked for a napkin, got water. Really?!? Also, both times, next to impossible to get butter. Had to ask multiple times. It is BYOB. I wanted a coke with dinner. I was told they don't have soda because it is the offseason. (I had gotten it last time we were there-on Sept 2) Is it too much to get some cans of soda? It won't go bad. Not everyone drinks alcohol.
We had the most fabulous meal. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was perfect. Buona Vita will be the only restaurant we will dine at when vacationing in Ocean City, New Jersey.
Nice evening with friends at a new find. Delicious food and our server Alvi, was fabulous. Definitely will be back again.
The food was fabulous. Everyone loved their entrees. The gnocchi, spinach fettucine and veal francaise were excellent. The service was very attentive and very pleasant and our waiter Alvi was the only wait staff in the restaurant that night and he did an excellent job. Buono Vito is an excellent restaurant
This is one of our favorite local spots. Food is very good and service is always exceptional. It is a BYOB. I highly recommend
Our food was delicious! We ended up eating outside under the tent in the back of the restaurant. One of the owners came over to our table and got us settled with water, opening our wine, and describing the specials to us. When we checked in the inside of the restaurant seemed very loud, so we were happy to sit outside because it was a pleasant evening and much quieter. The restaurant also has limited outdoor seating on two very small porches on the front of the building which has a more scenic view. It was nice to eat outside, but the area under and around the tent could use some beautifying. Overall, it was a very nice experience and our food was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed what they had.
