It was ce wonderful!!!! We started ce in the bar area high tops with cocktails. The corn chowder was awesome and the grilled Lamb Chips with mashed potatoes... wow!
The fish was incredible too
We had a great experience at the Bungalow. The service was impeccable and the food was great. I had the sea bass and would highly recommend it.
Our waiter was great!! The food was awesome!!
Great friendly staff! Food is always fabulous.
Good experience as always. Salmon was not seasoned well. Lobster was exceptional. Service fantastic
The corn chowder, rolls, and chocolate mousse were yummy. The lobster was very tender; but seemed pretty salty, as was the broccolini. I'll definitely go back, but order differently.
Perfect as it always is
My filet was overcooked. Everything else was pretty good.
Over everything: overly cooked filet mignon, overly priced, and overly arrogant waiter who argued with me that my steak was not overly cooked.
The food was excellent and the service was great too. We had the corner booth and had a great time. The porterhouse steak was one of the best I've ever had.
We love the staff and friendliness of all waiters and management. We felt the food was good but very expensive.
Everything was really good!
Over a $600 bill 2 bottles of wine, server Ana was excellent, the insulting thing a service charge for using Amx of $17 fee
Ana was outstanding the manger not so
Not going back
Unfortunately we had poor service this time
Table for 2 very small and crowed. If you request a larger table told they are reserved for large party.
Interesting a few do have only 2 sitting at larger booth. When you are spending $250 plus for dinner
for 2 and tipping 25% and valet fee you expect more. Food not consistent service depends on server.
we did hear another table complaining to Manager while we were there. We did ask for a booth at booking. I am sure we wont be missed. Manager's attitude could be better.
Expensive. Food not great
The food was outstanding, but the seating was to confined
I don’t know if it was just the Valentines Day special but this was by far the most unsatisfying dining experience of my entire life. Mediocre, over-priced food with zero space to move. The tables were so close together I could hear 10 conversations going on at once. Very unhappy with my choice to dine here.
A debacle from begging to end. Made a reservation through open table - only availability was 8:45pm - my bad I waited too late for Valentine’s Day reservation. Noticed several days later an 8pm opened up, called the restaurant directly to modify but was told the earlier time wasn’t available. So I hung up and modified the reservation on open table, didn’t make sense to me! Arrived 8pm and was immediately seated on the patio at a table for two. The small patio normally has great ambiance. However, this night the restaurant had squeezed in so many extra tables to accommodate the holiday that there was literally no room for a private conversation. Zero. The lights were too well lit removing any hopes of romance. Our first choice of wine was no longer available, which I can understand that happens sometimes. But come on. You know your restaurant is overbooked for Valentine’s Day, be prepared. We ordered from the prix fixe menu which had great variety. First course was fine, nothing special. The butternut squash ravioli tasted like Trader Joe’s, not bad but not amazing. Our dinners came out in good time but not what we ordered. Sent it back. 10 minutes later came again out with another server and still not what we ordered. 10 minutes later our correct meals arrived. To our dismay, the short ribs were bland and my lobster wasn’t worth the price. Dessert was super disappointing. We both ordered chocolate soufflé but when it arrived it definitely was unlike any soufflé I’ve ever had - it was cold chocolate in the bottom of a ramekin covered by a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Weird. Maybe the soufflé didn’t rise??? Anyway, the waiter apologized, rightly so, even though I’m not sure if any of it was his fault. Service was just ok which is unjustly expected on Valentine’s Day. It’s too bad restaurants sacrifice quality and experience by overbooking.
Valentines Dinner with the wife. Good and service were great. We’ll be back for sure.
What a joke! So much for a Romantic evening on Valentines Day. Service was horrible! Waited over 30 minutes after ordering and no food. Server never explained why! All she said you don’t have you food yet, oh! Mgr. approached advising our order was lost and he would take care of it. No coffee or after dinner drinks offered with our deserts. Received the bill and we paid. No mgr. around! Server never ever apologize or explain the poor service! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not worth the expense or time! Noise level was over the top! Two locals who will ever return!
It was really Fabulous for a Valentine date night dinner. The corn soup was the best! My husband had appetizer shrimp and it was huge. We had steak and lobster. Both very good. Desserts were good, too.
Good food and atmosphere and service.
I dine here regularly and it is great but this was a typical night out for Valentines Day... rushed and crowded with food being simplified for accommodating the crowds. Overall a nice evening and a very capable wait staff.
Loved everything about our Valentines dinner experience at The Bungalow!
Sean is the best waiter for 22 years and Kevin was very attentive as well. Great 3 course meal!
Service was fantastic and staff friendly and attentive.
The Bungalow is the place to go for a consistently excellent meal. We visit at least once a week. The Calamari is so good and do not miss out on their Corn Chowder it is phenomenal.
We dined at the Bungalow for lunch with out-of-town guests and it was superb. The food was excellent (including the appetizer salad and corn chowder soup), the service was fantastic, and the ambiance was very lovely. It was our first time to dine there and we will certainly return. Highly recommend the Bungalow.
Went for dinner on Monday evening. Were shown straight to a lovely booth. Our waiter asked us if we were celebrating anything so he could gage whether we wanted to take our time or be served quickly. Being from the UK we don’t like to be rushed so we appreciated this gesture. Drinks arrived and we asked for advice on wine list. Our waiter advised on a beautiful red that was not expensive, we were impressed as he could have pushed us towards a more expensive wine. I had the oysters followed by the fillet and my husband had calamari salad followed by fillet. We shared sides of sprouts and creamed corn. No room for dessert but can honestly say the food was some of the best we have ever had. It was not cheap but we believe you only get what you pay for. The food, drinks and ambiance were fabulous and the service (think his name was Chris) was outstanding! We will definitely go back when we return to the area.
The Bungalow was a real treat.
Three of us friends came to celebrate a birthday and we had a wonderful time.
The BEST part of our experience was our delightful server who took very good care of us.
My dining companions LOVED their meals.
My meal was delicious, but lacked a special something... I had the Cobb Salad (lunch). The salad was adequate, but lacking in substance and, quite frankly, mostly lettuce with the usual Cobb Salad pieces scattered around. It really didn't deserve to the $17 price tag.
Above all, I must reiterate that the service was exceptional, AND the manager (?) came around a couple of times to ask if everything was alright.
And everything really WAS alright.
Our server brought us a special birthday dessert of vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate. YUM!
The Bungalow was even better than I thought it was going to be. I will be taking my wife back again next month.
Love the spinach goat cheese salad & the Chilean sea bass entree. Don't forget to start with the grilled artichoke!!
