   Found this place by accident. Was hosting somebody from Chicago. We truly loved it. The food is delicious and authentic. Service was good. Will definitely return.

    Went for a birthday work lunch. Service took forever. We didn’t have time to have dessert. Server would come every 25 mins and we would have to flag him down. Kinda upsetting.

    Ayana was very nice and so was Joaquin. Food was great with the exception of truffle carbonara which had no truffle aroma at all and actually no flavor at all. The rest of the food was pretty good. Good value.

    Delicious food and good service. I would recommend the grilled octopus with corn purée , fried calamari. Huevos bulla are always a must. Very good almond cake I’ll be back

    Nico was our server and he was fantastic. He made sure we got our drink orders in before the end of happy hour and generally looked after us. We ordered both small plates and a larger dinner plate. Everything was delicious! The price was reasonable, too.

    Nico, was amazing , him and Joaquin are the best servers, the portion of the food are getting smaller by the minute , this time the drinks came fast, most of them time we have to wait for a minimum of 15 min.

    The food was good….we were seated upstairs which was NOT good. Drinks took forever….there was zero ambiance…. It’s a good time downstairs but I don’t recommend upstairs dining

    We went to Bulla Gastrobar for its Sherry Pairing dinner, which was held on their upper floor. I have one recommendation for the restaurant: when they have these special dinners, they should notify their personnel at the entrance. They had no idea of what I was talking about when we said we had paid for the dinners in advance. They could not see our name in their reservations for the evening, so they said the reservation had likely been cancelled by the system! Finally, one young man knew what we were talking about and escorted us to the upper floor where the dinner was served. That said, the rest of the evening turned out very enjoyable. The sherrys were very good, the food was good except we did not care for the risotto and perhaps they should hav substituted for a paella plate as it is more typically Spanish than risotto. Otherwise, we enjoyed the evening. I have to warn there is no valet parking and it is difficult to find parking in the area.

    Bulla in the Gables is the best. Atmosphere, food, and service. We are always seated right away. Our waiter, Nico, was wonderful. Everything came out on time and it was all delicious. Try the pear pasta, sooo delicious. Hostesses are always very nice. Well done, Bulla.

    It is not first time being here. Unfortunately today was a bad experience. I reserved for 2:45pm. I got there 15 mins early. I was told that my table was not ready and needed to be clean. I said no problem. I ended up sitting down almost 10 mins after my scheduled time. What is the point of a reservation? While waiting for my table we decided to sit at the bar to wait. More than 5 mins trying to get a bar tenders attention to serve two beers. I had to catch their attention instead for them to notice us. Once we sat down at our table, the waiter took his sweet time to even bring us water. Very slow service. Almost like pulling teeth when ordering. Ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter not even once attempted to refill our glasses. Yet they expect a good tip for very little to no effort and enthusiasm. Unfortunate times. It’s getting old people. Work! Take pride in what you do! No wonder the service industry has gone down hill.

    Always enjoy going there. The atmosphere is lively and the food is good but the tables are very close together, and at times, you feel you are part of your neighbor’s party. I’ll be back and hopefully the tables will be a little more spread out.
