Great ambience with the rooftop, decor, and music but the food and service was so bad. Food tasted terrible and the waitress was rude.

The food was extremely bland. Zero taste. The only thing that had some actual flavor was the $2 chicken tacos and the avocado and quinoa salad. Which is funny because it’s just mixed greens. Table was great, server was fine. The food was trash and way over priced for the amount you get.

メニューが全部英語で、日本語を話せる店員さんもいないので、メキシコ料理名を解読が大変でした。
でも店員さんの対応は優しいし、雰囲気はとてもいいです。

Reservations showed as available, however 2 minutes prior to our reservation time, we got a call (while we were sitting in the waiting area) that it would be another 45 minutes to even be seated. Don't get your hopes up if you see available reservation times, it may mean nothing.

Nice little place. Sat at the bar. Food was great. Bartender was a little overwhelmed or maybe just not a multi taster. Drinks were ok. Food was really good. It wasn’t like wow but we would return and maybe dinner hour would be better.

Had stomach issues after eating the food there. Service was great but the food was okay. Need more enhancements with flavor . The dessert was a small portion. Needs bigger portion for the price

Great food and service. If I had to address 1 concern, I would note that our waiter suggested nachos and salsa while we figured out what we wanted to eat. I should have checked, so it is partly my fault, but I was surprised at the $15 charge for this on my bill. $5 for the chips and salsa and another $10 for the guacamole!! Had I known, I would not have taken the guacamole. It was very good but not worth the surcharge.

Aside from that, excellent evening and service and it was a great Valentine’s Day dinner.

Buho is an open air restaurant located on the roof!! It has a great vibe and energy smack in the middle of Waikiki. The food was great with ample portion sizes and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend Buho to anyone looking for a fun night out!!

Very disappointing! Ate part of a burrito until I found a fine metal wire curled inside my burrito!!! Thank god I didn’t swallow it. Showed it to a manager and she thought it was a bristle from a brush...what???? Promptly left without finishing our meals. Will never return.

Very busy as we went on Taco Tuesday, but the atmosphere was amazing. Staff were friendly. We opted for the $2 tacos which was good value but they lacked in flavour and my partner had to go wait in line for them for around 30 minutes. This really took away from the experience as I sat at the table alone during this time and he was in a queue. Would have been just as easy for staff to send dockets to someone at the cart and have them brought to the table. In my opinion this would have dramatically increased the enjoyment of the evening. Also tacos needed more flavour. I know they were only $2 each but either do something well or not at all...

Went out to celebrate a friend with 6 of us total. We’re running late for our reservation and they had no issue with us switching the time. When we arrived, half of our party wasn’t there yet but we were still seated. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. We ordered drinks while we waited for our party to arrive. After ordering our food, we waited about 15 minutes for everyone’s meals to be brought out. Food was good, a little on the dry side for me. Ordered the shrimp chimichanga. Someone in our party asked for a side of salsa and ended up being charged an extra $3 for a little cup. Drinks were expensive, food price was what you would expect at this type of restaurant, but overall it was a great experience. Ambience was nice, view was cool, and honestly it was a good place to eat. Very casual and fun, will be going here again. I would recommend this place.

After a week of good Hawaiian food I was Looking forward to good Mexican food and margaritas.... the waitress was good but when we asked for a Margarita with my favorite tequila and Grand Marnier, I watched the new bartender make the drinks and he used a cheap tequila and triple sec. The Margarito was pale and tasteless and was not what I ordered. When I complained and told the waitress that he did not use what I asked for the waitress talked to the bartender and the bartender lied and said that he used the tequila and Grand Marnier which he did not do. I watched and he finally used what I asked for however they charged us $25 for each of our margaritas!. I would never set foot in this restaurant unless the manager has assured you that the bartender has been fired.

The staff here aren’t friendly or inviting. Some stuff I ordered I had to order twice because they forgot to ring it in. I would recommend this place for happy hour food. Otherwise don’t bother

Was a great day to eat lunch there at 2pm because almost had the place to ourselves and the waiter was fast and awesome. Food was great too had the relleno and kale wrap. Both were delicious.
