   Excellent food and service. Our waitress, Erin was very attentive. My partner has an allergy to onions and the kitchen an wait staff has always been accommodating to her dietary needs.

   Excellent dinner. I had the risotto which was fabulous. Only complaint was the portion was not large enough (it was that good) for the price charged. My wife had the chicken Marsala and was equally pleased.

   We ate in sunroom and it was quite warm with the sun on it; plus traffic noice made it hard to hear person across table. Perhaps we’ll chose to eat in the bar next time. Everything else about our anniversary dinner was outstanding; will return.

   Bugatti’s has really improved food quality in recent months. Drinks are outstanding. Service staff has always been superior. For the cost, one would have a hard time finding a better overall dining experience. Highly recommend.

    We enjoyed our salad, entrees, and wine very much. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The spaghetti noodles could have been more al dente, but they were acceptable. The eggplant was excellent as were the meatballs.

    We've lived in West Linn for 3 years and finally decided to try Bugatti's. I don't know what took us so long and I'm sorry we waited. The food was wonderful the prices in line with what is right for fine dining but the really nice thing I appreciated was the service. It was outstanding.....attentive and friendly without being smothering or oppressive. Also, the atmosphere was really lovely.....quiet and romantic. If I were to offer any criticism at all, I'd say I wished there had been more seafood choices on the menu but maybe next time we go, they will have a seafood special that we could try and I'm sure it would be fantastic. We will become regulars there.

    The food was excellent, as was the Tuscany white wine. Our server was attentive without being imposing. We like the quiet elegance of the dining room, and we are so happy that the business is doing well after the pandemic's hit to restaurants.

    Normally we have liked Bugatti's, but our most recent dining experience was not favorable. The service was slow and zero energy from the wait staff. Waited long periods of time for food and drinks. When our entrees arrrived, most of them were cold. The food was ok, but with all of the other things that happened, it led to a bad experience. We don't plan on going back.

    We were seated right away on the back porch enclosure which does lack the main dining ambiance but it was nice and warm in there. The service was excellent. My husband and I got the lasagna which was delicious. We also got the pear cobbler with gelato and it was yummy! We’ll be back.

    Our dinner was delicious! From the bread to the dessert. Our appetizer was the calamari (unique and delicious). Our entrees were lasagne and chicken marsala. Both were excellent and the lasagna portion was huge (dinner tomorrow). We ended with the Godiva Lava Cake for dessert. It sated my chocolate craving and the ice cream was really, really good. The whole dessert was decadent and delicious. The atmosphere is really nice in a dark, quiet, jazzy way. The service was a bit slow, but like everywhere else, I'm sure they are also short-staffed. After dinner, we promised ourselves we would have dinner at Bugatti's more often.

    Everything was wonderful! I asked for a quiet corner table and it was perfect! We order the specials, Lobster Risotto and yes it actually had a lot of lobster! And the tomato basil soup, so creamy, perfect on a cold evening to have to warm you up. The atmosphere is one reason I would pick over many over restaurants, because it's quiet, so comfortable and the overall ambience feels warm and inviting. We will be back again and again!

    This is our go to place for pasta. The spaghetti was tasty, and the portion was generous. The servers are really good at getting bread and oil/vinegar to the table right away. The server was very good, friendly and on time with deliveries.

    Even though our waiter messed up my main and our dessert, he apologized for it and was very nice about it. It was on Valentine’s Day so I can’t fault him. This place was recommended by a coworker and we loved it. Good was great, prices are great. Will go back again for sure. For $120 we got an app, one order ravioli to share and main course for the each of us, and a dessert to share.

    We were told we had 1.5hrs max. It took 1.5hrs to get our food. The support staff stood around and chatted with the two hostess’ (i was facing them) so our server was literally running. Explains why we had only one drink - we never had an opportunity to order another. Wine list was mediocre and I didn’t like my dish. The best thing I had was a martini. We are never going back.

    Enjoyed our dinner at Bugatti's love the bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Should visit more often. The pickletini was something I wasn't sure I'd like but it was absolutely delicious.

    Bugatti's has wonderful food - that is always perfectly prepared. The quiet atmosphere of the restaurant is conducive for conversation - and the service allows for lingering over the meal. Bugatti's is one of our favorite "go to" restaurants in the Lake Oswego/West Linn area.

    We regularly make the 25 minute trip from our place in West Slope to Bugattis in West Linn. This is a fantastic restaurant featuring very high quality traditional Italian cuisine. We’ve been here about 6 times and have never been disappointed. The polenta with meatball(s), Lasagna and the mushroom ravioli are all “can’t miss” offerings. We love this place!

    First time having Christmas Eve dinner here. The restaurant was nicely decorated, the staff was friendly, good service, great food! We also shared the beet salad that was loaded with different kinds of beets. They split for us since three of us were sharing which was nice and unexpected.

    Bugattis is our neighborhood stand by. We met dear friends there for our Christmas catch up this time. Wonderful time! The restaurant was busy but from our end a lovely festive time. Kudos to the GM for the wonderful holiday decorations.
