My second time here. Had Bronzino the first time several months back which was outstanding!

Only outdoor dining was available! It was a cold day but it is January!! The heating lamps didn’t do much as part of the tent remains open. Glad they can offer the option and still
conduct business.

The food although getting cold quickly was delish! Portions were very small for the price of the Shrimp Po Boy Buns (the size of the palm of my hand). The cauliflower could use a little more flavor (some sweetness perhaps). MY GF had the chicken and waffles. It came with an egg and bacon. Great presentation! The cinnamon rolls were heavenly! The bourbon peach punch pouch warmed us up a little!😛 My toes were freezing though!

Service was good given the circumstances. Will dine again but only when indoor is available.

Outdoor dining was an awful experience. Waited 20 minutes in the cold before the heater was even turned on. The waitress was nice but she had no idea what she was doing.

My friend and I went to celebrate her promotion and had a great time!!! The food was AMAZING and the drinks were flowing! Highly recommend!

Great indoor Covid setup, vibe was perfect. Server was awesome and everyone in the restaurant was very nice. This was my first indoor dining experience in a long while and both my partner and I really enjoyed it. The food was amazing and cooked perfect. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Dined outside, I felt warm enough the whole time with the heater. I liked the divisions of privacy and we were far from sidewalk walkers. Well done.

Enjoyed our meals and appreciated the outdoor seating set up! It was a bit loud at times being seated on the road as cars passed by. There was a heat lamp that helped keep us warm. The service was good, I recommend!

Service was extremely slow. Side dishes came out as appetizers. while eating those, it was last call...for drinks, food and desserts. Ordered another drink, cappuccinos and a desert. the drink never came, the cappuccinos were brought our before the entrees (which we stipulated for after our meals, and we had to tell a second server what we had ordered for dessert. Our original server disappeared at some point after the cappuccinos were brought and some other server brought our entrees and asked about dessert and brought our check.

Reunion with old friends. Great job with outdoor dining and practicing safe social distancing.

Short rib hash and egg fried rice are amazing

Our server Morgan was exceptional. Yes the dining room was closed, yes we ate on the street, yes it was cold, but the restaurant did a great job accommodating us and making us comfortable. The meal was perfection, I can’t stop thinking about Marilyn’s Fried Chicken, and the drinks were strong, but we liked that too. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best places to eat in Philadelphia. The friend chicken is incredible along with all of the other food. If you are looking for a place to bring family or friends this is the place to go!

they had us in an individual outside section. was able to stay warm and felt safe! staff was friendly and helpful. food was delicious and the pouch cocktails was tasty and boozy.

The only reason I put the noise level was loud was because you are eating on the street so busses and cars are very close and loud. But they did a fantastic job of setting up a great socially distant outdoor dining experience! It was cold out when we ate there but the heaters kept us warm and the tents blocked the wind perfectly! The food was great and the bloody mary was delicious!

Outdoor dining was a litttle chillier than expected but nothing against you guys, just something for others to think about when bringing jackets and what not! Food and drinks, 10/10

Bud each table has its own section that is covered and has a heater. So cute! The food was tasty as well, we will definitely be back.

Went here after seeing a couple eye catching items on the brunch menu. Of course, this inevitably led me to be extremely indecisive when it came time to order. Our waiter was patient and very helpful and made solid recommendations. I could not have been happier with my meal! I highly reccomend the braised shortrib cream chipped beef... It was to dieeee for. And don't skip out on one of the drinks in a bag either!

They do a great job managing the outdoor dining experience. The service and food were excellent!

Favorite new spot in Philly!

Food and portions are excellent. Great gourmet touches on comfort foods. Currently all seating is outdoors albeit in a tent. This means in the winter it is going to be a bit cold. Service was good. Seemed to only be a few people working tables but it wasn't an issue. I love the food so I will certainly be back again.

drinks were awesome. we did a couple"pouch" drinks and were great fun and tasted great.
I had seafood special and it was packed with fresh fish like I've never seen and could have fed 2 people. Very well done and great broth. Also ate the chicken buns and short rib pasta and all liked. delicious app of falafel cauliflower, Mac and cheese and the fried rice cauliflower all great. Even bread pudding dessert very good. We had great booth outside. Heater worked really well and staff was super nice and attentive.

We were able to sit outside in a private divided area with our own heater. It was very comfortable except for the cold metal chairs. Our server was very helpful and very sweet. The food was a surprise and very good. The chef creates an interesting combinations of flavors. We would definately visit Bud and Marilyn's again and highly recommend it to others - an added bonus is the parking lot right across the street.

Went for brunch even though it was Covid related we had to sit outside it was very comfortable with the heaters and very safe and the brunch was amazing we enjoyed it immensely

Under the circumstances the Staff did a great job of providing a clean, warm and delicious dinner. Highly unusual to be eating in a tent on Locust street but memorable nonetheless. Can’t wait to come back again. Inside or outside.

It was beyond wonderful. In this crazy, covid world this outdoor eating experience was perfect. Food top notch and the heating lamp kept us all warm and cozy. Love this place!

Great outdoor setup! So glad we could treat ourselves to a meal out during the cold, and still stay warm & comfortable with Bud & Marilyn's outdoor dining.

Food and service was great. Outdoor dining right due to covid so it was bit cold even with the heat lamps. Not much the restaurant can do about that although other restaurants in the city have a better set up to keep you warmer.
